Medreps Medreps.com Healthcarejobboards.com are running a auto renewal credit card scam! They get your credit card and charge it until you complain than they charge it one more time. They have no phone number anywhere and only send out template responses to emails sent. They are getting rich off the unemployed.
- The site does have jobs on it but almost all of them are recruiters. I sent my resume to over hundred jobs and was than spammed for months with emails from recruiters (about jobs I did not apply for), resume writers, and school ads.
-If you must use the service be for warned and try to cancel your membership as soon as you sign up for it. I would even contact your credit card company to help prevent the scam.
Below are the response to the auto renewal scam they run at Medreps.com. I was contacted by both Jennifer Williams and Jami Sadeski in regards to this and they both have standard responses that they send to the thousands of people they ripoff every day at medreps.com. They have people sign up for there service that need a job, they are doing so paying hard earned money with the hope that they will find a job this is not the case. The jobs on medreps.com are good jobs but they can be found on monster.com, careerbuilder.com and other sites for free. Many people sign up for this service for three months to try it and do not realize that they will auto renew you forever. They know the average user will sign up try it and forget to cancel the service and be stuck paying for it for at least another 3 months. They take advantage of people that need money the most and are unemployed. I was scammed for 29.95 and I know must people just get screwed and forget about it since its under 30 dollars. but I'm posting this to save others don't use medreps.com or healthcarejobboards.com or any of there affiliates. They have a useless service and also try to auto renew you. Internet services can be cancelled at anytime they are simply running a scam and are making lots of money off un employed people that just are so desperate they are not reading the fine print.
Company email responses form both Jami (VP of marketing) and Jennifer.
We understand. For one reason or another, sometimes a relationship just has to come to an end, but we’re sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your MedReps.com membership.
Our terms of service clearly state that all MedReps.com memberships will be automatically renewed unless a request to cancel is received 30 days prior to the renewal date. In accordance with these terms, your membership was recently renewed and you may continue to enjoy the benefits of MedReps.com until it expires. In response to your request, all future billings have been canceled and your account will not be automatically renewed again.
The terms of service allow us to grant a refund if the request is made within one business day of initial purchase. Your auto-renewing charge is not the initial purchase, so we cannot process a refund.
We sincerely hope you find your membership beneficial and would appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with the site. Please click here to take a 3 minute survey to help us improve MedReps.com for future members.

medreps.com phone number [protected]. This "business" is a complete rip off
Jennifer Williams did the same thing to me. I was a member for a year before the auto renewal started. I caught it an called but was under the 30 days and she charged me for a 3 month membership and refused to refund my money.
I was thinking of joining but decided to check it out first. Thank you so much for posting your experiences! I am so sorry this happened to you, but I am grateful that you are warning others of your experience so that we do not fall into the same trap. Thank you!
I was thinking of joining, but decided to first check them out online. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with everyone! I am so sorry this happened to you, but I am grateful that you are warning others!
Yep! They got me too! After I joined I realized that most of the jobs were MLM scams like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nu_Skin_Enterprises
and the jobs that "appeared" legit never contacted me. Not one recruiter acknowledged me. Therefore, I decided to cancel WELL in advance of the 30 day notice and guess what? The cancel button didn't work. It just ran and ran and never even displayed the "continue" button to cancel. Therefore, I went to the "contact" section and sent email after email for someone to contact me and guess what? I never heard a word from anyone. So I took to google to find a phone number, since one is NOT listed on their site and found all of the [redacted]s and scam complaints on them! I should have known better! The GOOD news is that I called the number and someone answered. She was very nice and acted as though she had never heard of this and couldn't believe it! She told me they had received NO emails from me, though I'd been emailing them through their designated contact page for 3 days! I challenged her to go to GOOGLE and put in "medreps.com", "scam" and she did. She then said that all job boards get complaints! I stated that you don't pay and get auto-renewed $10.00 / mo b/c most job boards are free. Then I challenged her to look up one of their "jobs" from Pharmanex/Nu Skin and directed her to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nu_Skin_Enterprises: This is one of their so called "screened" employers. It's a Multi-Level Marketing Scam. She feined horror and promptly cancelled and refunded me. She was very nice and I kind of felt sorry for her. I also asked about the people mentioned above and she said she'd never heard of either Jennifer or Jaime, so they either still work there and use other names or they are ALL in on the scam and just didn't realize their number was posted. I would like to think this was legit, but since I just almost got caught in the same auto-renewal NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL process, it's more likely that they are just going to change their phone number and keep it up. I hope not, b/c the girl sounds very nice. I feel sorry for her and can only hope they go out of business or to jail.
Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. is NOT a scam. It is a FTC registered, legit direct sales company, which develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements globally since 1984. It is NYSE listed, symbol NUS.

Medreps is a scam. They got me too. I would email them multiple times with the same response. I had to dispute the charges on my cc and show my cc the responses. I finally have received refunds due to Medreps negligence. DO NOT use them. I never received one interview from them or even heard back about positions.
I had to file another complaint with the BBB regarding lack of full refund. They continued to bill my credit card after repeatedly emailing them to discontinue. I would receive a response in a foreign language. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and received only one month of refunds.
I have tried filing a complaint on the Medrep website and continue to receive an error message. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER!
