BELOW IS A COPY OF THE COMPLAINT I HAVE REPEADETLY FILLED WITH MEDS-EASY.COM

Easy-med Support staff center:

I just received the most ridiculous e-mail from your website. After ordering a medication with order numbers (GQ#[protected]] re: AMY JONES re: order # [protected]), now you are telling me that I will be receiving my order in the mail, ###ing 90 days after I have e-mailed, called, filed complaint, and did what ever I can to get a damn refund from you guys, (since you claimed that you no longer carried the medication), but still refused to give me my money.
So what the hell is this, another trick, another B.S e-mail to buy some more time by illegally withholding my money, and refusing to return the money back?
I would really like to know what kind of excuse you can come up with that after 90, suddenly now you are going to ship me my damn medications, when I have been through 18 e-mails with your support department in the past 3 months trying to get a refund, (since you were out of stock), I really want to see the reply to this problem?

What happened, even after the 3-4 day you promised I still have not received my refund. Not only that, you have completely ignored my last 3 e-mails and have not responded to any request for update on the money you are holding now for more than one month with out shipping any product. As you may notice by now, I will continue to e-mail until you give me back the money you took from me, at this point obviously fraudulently. Remember, all these e-mails are a track record and evidence the eventual decisions regarding the complaints I have filled.
Again, I ask you and your organization why would you go through so much trouble just to keep $199 through a false sale. I Easy-med.com this desperate for money that now it practices fraudulent sales through internet for $199 charges. Is this all worth all the complaints I have filled, and will remain pending for decisions unless you give me back my money promptly.

I await your immediate response, or rather your immediate refund of my money.

You informed specifically that you will provide the information "shortly." I accepted that e-mail and did not put a stop on my credit card. But now after a few days and two more e-mails sent by me, you have been ignoring my request for the information you were suppose to send shortly.
I I dont get the tracking information within 24hrs I will put a stop payment on my credit card.
This e-mail is intended as a second notice to easy-meds regarding their non-delivery of product via credit card purchase.

At this time I feel perhaps the order may be either forgotten or I may be at risk, therefore if I dont receive any reply regarding my shipment within 24 hours, (which would be my 3rd time requesting reply), I am forced to call and put a hold on my credit card payment.
Your company was very efficient in replying to my purchase order or any support I needed before it received my payment, but somehow after med-easy received my payment it has not replied to any of my e-mails regarding my tracking number. I would be nice to understand why I am not getting any reply regarding the tracking number to my shipment, (which this would be the 4th request), I hope you understand my concern?

I have ordered imvone online and has allready paid. This was in october 2008. 4 / 6 november they said the order has been shipped. Four weeks later they again
Reshipped the order including bonus pills. And tole me i should receive it during december, then should receive it beginning february and then end of february.
Every time i have send a mail, all i received back is "new ticket notification and will come back with 24 hours". But not even a reply i received. I even want my refund as they promised, but received no refund either. Is the a scam? Anybody else who had the same problem?
I even send them now another postal address (My private addreass) to reship the order and the bonus pills. Even told them to send my order via dhl to my working
Address, sam nuyoma ave swakopmund namibia, but until today 1 march 2009. Nothing received, no respond. Hey but they are good in sending news letter.

I placed an order with MSMedClub and it turned out to be Med-Easy. I was not informed of this until they took my money. Whether I receive my order is yet to be seen. I live in a small town and don't have complete access to medical facilities.

If you order from this company do not do it they will rob you!
