Their rep was great at setting up our account. He was of no help with after-the-sale service. Try calling them up. I was on hold for an hour. Then I gave in and left my name and number for a "call back". It has been a week. I have been sitting by my phone waiting and waiting. and waiting some more. I was given incorrect information about setting up the terminal by one of their employees. I drove to Verizon to get their input. Apparently the person I had talked to was clueless (notice the pattern) and gave me the wrong information. Finally I found someone who helped me do it in five minutes. TOTALLY different from the original information. I was not able to use the terminal for October because of their incorrect information. I received an invoice charging me $34.95. I made the silly mistake of trying to call again. Same result. I even tried to use their chat with a "live agent". Maybe he/she died or went home when the person received my text to their standard SMS at [protected]. An hour later - no answer. Not surprising. Now I have to go to my bank, put a block on any transactions from them, and return the equipment. I don't know how many of their employees were paid to provide five stars for them. All of these people who supposedly helped them were probably their buddies at the company.
