I filed the claim the day after the accident; they asked for pictures and I sent them; then they sent an adjuster to see the truck. He came and saw the truck; took pictures of it! He sent his report to Mercury saying that the catering truck box, was a total loss. After that Robert Kellard gave me a call and ask for they invoices for the truck and box which I sent; then they asked me for clear pictures of the tags where the serial number was marked' and I did. So I've been complying with all their requirements; and right now its been 3 weeks where I cant get a response from them; I call every single day without any response. I leave messages every day! I escalated the situation to a supervisor, and nothing. I was going to settle with the payment for the damaged box; but now I would like to make a claim for "loss of business" for not being able to do any business with this truck. I really hope you can help me out here.
Sicerely, Rodolfo Motta
Desired outcome: I need to get my money to replace my catering truck and resume business operations; plus a loss of business compensation for the close to two months without being able to do business.
