Metabolic Research Center review: Service

I have been going to metabolic research center in Champaign, Illinois since June 2023 and up until this point I have had no problems and the customer service had been amazing. Over the last 2 months I have been taking the Lipo B12 injections and was able to give them to myself due to being a nurse and schedule conflicts. I showed up today to pick up my medications which i'd already pay for and they were willing to give me the medications reluctantly, but refuse to give me this syringes to give myself the medication.I cannot Give myself the medication without the needles. I then asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge. To help me understand how I am supposed to give myself the medication without the needles. But was told that there was no manager which I know is not the truth because there has to be someone managing the business. Finally, I took it upon myself and called the office in Lafayette Indiana because I was told that the manager there was managing Champaign location temporarily and she did approve for me to get 3 needles.
