After 5 years will metrocps with excellent credit I was invited to join a special as the merged with tmobile. If I got a free phone and a new # all would be well. The clerk at t mobile said since they were merging and would be 1 company he would stop the automated payments on the original phone and start a new payment process on the new phone. He never did that so I was billed monthly for 2 phones and they will not return my $150 or credit my new account. I will write to the bbb and report this on facebook
