Hi
Basically my luggage was damaged by personal who works in the airport. Because of that while I tried to resolve the problem (no one wanted to help me and being rude to me) as an result I missed my flight to Brazil and lost all my staff what was inside. So I had to bye new ticket to Go to Brazil.
All because of that the personal are not careful.
I would like to resolve that problem, at least to get my money back for that missed flight which wasn’t my fault.
