Minds of Media review: Undeliverable Products after receiving payments

I paid for this company to design a website for my company. In return, the product was nothing like the websites on there site-in terms of quality. When I sent an email to Kelly Williams, who I had been working with for the past 6 months, she was "no longer available". Therefore, her sister, Kimberly Williams, contacted me to say that she just needed some additional wording for the site to complete, but never addressing my dislike of the website design as a whole. After sending several emails trying to settle the dispute (requesting that they make revisions or refund money), I received the following email from Kelly Williams before blocking my email address:

"I see you sent some emails, but I am NOT opening them. It's probably full of the same NONSENSE you've been saying about the projects you refused to address months ago. STOP MESSING WITH US! You keep playing games on the phone and on email. You went off on one of our partners months ago and hung up. The last time I had a conversation with you, you weren't making any sense whatsoever. You went off on me and hung up on me also. That was months ago on August 20, 2009 and today is the first time we've heard from you since then. We completed the projects with the information you gave us. We have emails from you saying how much YOU LOVE what we did for you. You received the FULL PROJECTS and we have proof of it. You still owe us $1000. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? You refuse to pay what you owe. Anything and I mean ANYTHING you do to us, we will FULLY RECIPROCATE! YOU REFUSE TO PAY US WHAT YOU OWE US, SO DON'T CONTACT US AGAIN and DON'T HAVE ANYBODY ELSE CONTACT US! "

Now anyone in the right mind would think why would a customer continuously contact a company over a period 6 months but owe them money yet refuse to pay. It does not add up. Additionally, Ms. Williams clearly stated that she WAS NOT going to open emails. NOt one time had they ever requested additional information becuase they never completed or made corrections to the project that was requested.

This company has great sells skills and good working relationship until you express your dislike for their product, and it becomes personal. At that point, they cut you off (refuse to answer phone, block your emails) and keep your money. They have even went so far as to remove their PO Box address from their website- which is BIG RED FLAG as well. Please note I sent thousands of dollars via pay pal on three projects with their company and have never received one complete product.
