I called Ronco company customer service line today regarding miracle blade III knife handle had broke loose in addition to the on the scissors in the set. Ronco's 100% lifetime warrant required me to pay shipping, handling and TAX!, which ended up being 20% of what I had originally paid for the entire set of knives. They were rude and unwavering. While they verified my charge card, for the SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAX, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and I finally called back and was again addressed in a rude and unprofessional manner. Before getting off the phone they tried to put the total hard sell on "a few additional knife sets." I'm good at saying NO but the guy just kept with the hard sell script, all sets with $9.95 with shipping and handling charges fully intact. Good luck "Ron!" I feel ripped off and the while the knives have performed well, are not particularly well made and their guarantee and customer service SUCK! Based on this I Be Ware of all of Ron Co's stuff!
I have been given the runaround every time I try to contact someone to help me. I have had my knives since 2004 and love them. I have broken a few and some have dulled. I want the warranty that guaranteed if they ever dulled or broke, they would be replaced. The new warranties state they will replace if defective. I have been trying to contact them for months! Please provide a valid # to call to get this resolved.
I ordered a rotopeel on the 28th July. On the 4th July called them to find out where my delivery was. I gave them the order number. They said they can find my order- even with a order number. They managed to take the money from the bank though.
Absolute Scam. They told me they will send out another delivery for me. 10th August still no delivery. The next day i get an email from GILL CRAIG saying its with a neighbor. I was at home all day and my family but never received any delivery or a knock on the door.
So why would it go to a neighbor?
Now its 15th August. Still no delivery. I have requested a refund several times. Still haven't received the money back.
These people are thieves, disgusting service. Absolute Criminals.
I just broke my Chop and Scoop blade. I was drying it and the blade snapped off at the handle. It’s the first problem encountered in 20(?) yrs. I called Miracle Blade Customer Service @ [protected] and Abigail was extremely helpful and courteous to a fault! I am getting a new 11pc set for $21.? shipping and tax. Eleven minutes on the call Perhaps the complainers should check their people skills. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
Perhaps you should remember that you were not on the calls with the other customers. Glad you had a good experience.
What number did you use to contact them? I am seeking warranty help for the Miracle III set as well.
