hi,
My story sounds very similar to another thats is on this site. I was in debt last year and could not afford to pay all my bills, so i rung yes loans for a loan to pay off all my loans so that i would only have one payment to make a month. Like other stories I was put through to money worries. They sounded so good and helpful on the phone and i felt really reassured. I did all what they said to do which was open a new account with another bak, have my wages go into it, take what was left of my old overdraft from my old account, fill in the forms (PAY THEM A FEE!) and they would contact all creditors and sort it out all the rest. I thought FANTASTIC and i was saving £300 a month. However my overdraft to start with my old bank was £800 now a year later and its nearly £3k. They keep putting interest in there and sending my letters requesting money. Money worries told me to send the letters to them and they would sort it out. I have done this many times and rung them many times but i don't seem to be getting anywhere with them. I also noticed on a recent letter from my old account that there is a LOANS DIRECT attempting to take £99.00 from my account and because there are unsufficient funds there they reject then charge me. I recently about 3 weeks ago sent Money Worries a big letter explaining everything and requesting that they contact me to discuss this, however i have not had any reply, and i am discusted with them, they take £30 a month out of the fee i pay them for the creditors which i think is discusting as they did not tell me this when i agreed to go ahead with them> IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP!
