Hello my name is Ms. Monica Pinckney and I am submitting a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $100.00 to my credit card. I am a single mom and can not afford to lose money on unauthorized charges. I do not even know what it was that was purchased with my credit card all I know is I called to verify funds on my child support card and the $100.00 payment was made. I made an attempt to make a purchase hours latter and my card was declined due to an unauthorized charge made by Facebook.
