I have 2 receipts one from 4/24/2022 for the NYS inspection. all on header paper from NYS. (All numbers are off the receipt) #EIR 472263, NY sticker number LE3180694. Analyzer number NY00000066, NYVIP2 number 16591 record, Inspector number 25YS DMV Record match V and finally facility number 5280066.
My second receipt is dated 5/4/2022, invoice #221239. My out of pocket expenses include air filter $40.85, valvoline synthetic oil $64.40,$15.59 oil filter, the $120.84 total service. I have no argument with the oil change expenses, as that is what was requested.
However I do protest the $183.46 for brake pads which were fine on 4/24/2022. The service preparation of $6.99 and the brakes for $190.45. Total cost was 336.19, which was NOT expected. I feel that Monro uses this tactic to increase their profit on an on going basis. I feel I am due a total refund for the brakes, as again they were fine on 4/24/2022.
