To simplify the whole case it is I contacted the driver via whatsapp to change the pick up location and time (as this is the only way) then the driver agreed the change (as shown on the whatsapp images attached) and I reconfirmed three times.
However on that day the driver didnt show up in the new location we agreed. I dont know why but from my whatsapp conversions likely is that he misread the new location (but the main point is he didnt check clear the new location, if you google the location name in Google Map there will have ONLY ONE pin showing, no other place, so IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE CONFUSION) Finally we was stuck on the street in cold wind that night, lucky that have the hotel manager (which we are not staying there, so kind of him) kindly help us find a taxi by calling quite a few calls.
As I am in a long and busy journey, I tried to contact the customer service via email after around 10 days, hoping to get at least partial refund, the replay is I have to file the dispute case within 7 days which they said is in the TnC but of course I never saw that notice in my booking progress. I lost more than 200euro and wasted lots of time and energy.
I regret that I didn’t check the online website comment on your company as I just found out many people suffer from similar situations as me, which I will try my best to post the comments and tell whoever i know NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM.
