I ordered a free sample of 60 capsules of Biogenic XR with postage of £2.95, this was debited from my account on 11 December 2017 I received the capsules.However the company debited my account with a further £69.83 on the 25 December 2017.I did not ask for anymore capsules which incidentally I have not received.Apparently there is some small print, I didn't see this, that states if they don't hear from you within 14 days you will be charged the full amount.
I am sure I'm not the only person to complain about this company they are fraudsters and should be prosecuted and shut down, I only hope I can get my money back and hope the don't take any more before I can cancel it.
As the complaint i have been charged not for 1 but 2 products which I only sk for samples of. They are Electrico--- andEvermay--------
these have not been used on my doctors advice. I have told my bank to make no further payments to you' I am asking for repayment
of £125 54 from you then I will return all products unopened to you. I await your earliest reply'
