We contacted Nationwide Moving Services. On July 1, 2022 we signed up and paid $3,961.62 to start the process. The gave our contract to MOVE R we then paid them $868.58 when they came to pickup. When they came to deliver which was several days and many phone calls later. I had to pay them $868.58 before they would unload our furniture off the truck. We believe because it was all damaged or destroyed. Large pots we had them take so as not to break them were in pieces. Furniture with legs broken off and chairs with 1 arm gone. Desks with gouges out of the top. It was a disaster. We took pictures of it all and filed a CLAIM which was continually ignored and they kept telling us to file a claim. They young men who came here didn't speak English only Russian and the one who spoke English was belligerent and totally rude. Just after arriving at our house 3 of them went into our 3 bathrooms and sat in there for about 10 minutes taking a crap! Totally Disgusting!
