Movie Cube is NOT in any way like Redbox... In fact they are much worse !
I rented 2 movies and then turned around and rented another as I processed my ATM card of course themaching had issues. What I didn't realize each time I swiped ht card it charge me 1.08
Then when I went to take it back the machine was offline. I gave them to a store clerk and then called the next day and I got nothing but problems from the people on the phone. You think they would have tried to make me happy and gave me a free code but no such luck.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I received duplicate charges on my credit card. After two conversations with the customer service department, situation still not resolved. Have made a complaint with the B.B.B. although I see that they have numerous complaints filed and many of them are unanswered by Moviecube a.k.a. The New Release Incorporated Or TNR Entertainment, 5200 Mitchelldale St Suite D1, Houston, Texas [protected]. Thought moviecube was a good deal, but not with all this hassle and waste of time. Don't trust them with your credit or debit card.
