When I arrived at his address I was shock to look at this car. it was in such a bad state. he advertise in gum tree as he used trick to take photos of car. the car has fade cloure all over the body and the gears and Clutch completely defective. there for I was not interested to buy this car he advertise in Gum tree fake information and on telephone. He did not mention any defect in Gum tree. Before I found out the condition of his car and hidden condition from Gum tree he demand £50.00 from me as deposit. and I paid him. but then I found out the condition of car I was not interested to buy. and I claim my deposit back and he refused to return my deposit and he became very upset.
I am 73 years old pensioner. I do request you could you please make him to return my deposit.
