MSA Consultants review: Debt review not applied

Between year of 2916/2017 I Recieved phone call from one of msa consultants forgot her name, convincing me about advantages of joining debt review, whereby all accounts payed by them, she took all details and register me on their system later on found my accounts blocked me,

I didn't want this debt review and I request them to remove my name they don't want and they don't answer even my calls I don't know what to do now I need assistance these people to remove my name I will pay my creditors.
