I am writing to file a complaint about the dissatisfied service progressive has provided me. I have been a long-term, valuable customer for years, with premiums paid on time. This has been an ongoing issue with progressive for over 1 year or more. I had a car accident (not at fault) and my car was not completely repaired. I was rear-ended. The hard impact damaged the components of my car. The console leaks fluid and other issues that should be documented from several calls. I filed a complaint last year on 5/17/2021 to mseiger at the corporate office and nothing has been done about the repairs. I have been going back and forth with several representatives and the adjuster to no avail. They have been rude and very nasty to me. I am requesting intervention from the bbb as my last result before I contact the news to investigate the practices of progressive and how I was treated as a customer. All I ask is for my car to be repaired. I pay insurance premiums monthly for car coverage. Progressive has not provided the service terms of my insurance policy. At your earliest convenience, please contact me. My claim number is claim # [protected]

Attention msieger or progressive corporate office,
I, Glenda Watson, have been a loyal customer of progressive for 4 years. The customer service experience has been terrifying. The representatives (particularly Anika) up to the manager (Chris) and the adjuster were very nasty to me while explaining my concern regarding my car. They did not take the time to listen and resolve my issue. I was told on multiple occasions that my car should have been totaled and that it would never drive the same due to the impact of the car accident. The gas pedal is inoperable or operating correctly where it does not fully press down. The backend of the car sits down low or sideways (frame may be bent) and a wheel alignment. While driving, the stirring column turns the opposite way. The frame may be bent. When I spoke to the adjuster, he made a smirk remark that "the car could have been like that before the accident." what is that to say to a customer? My car is only 2-3 years old with no issues and I have documentation to prove that. My car is serviced on a consistent basis by the dealership. I was even told by a representative at progressive that they agreed with the car should have been totaled. The repairs are more than what the car is worth and you guys try to take the cheapest way out. I pay car insurance to protect me in case of car accidents, hand it appears progressive is not living up to the advertisement and information given to me to use this company. I am asking that someone in corporate contact me to resolve this matter. I have car repair details of what is required. Hopefully, we can resolve this matter without me having to pursue other avenues.
Desired outcome: My car is to be repaired.
