We have a Gas Consumer No. 1963 with the M/s. Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014, Ph:[protected], 2552838. I had booked for Gas cylinder on 21.10.2010 . They are demanding to book for gas only after 25 days from delivery date [Accepted it is genuine: Atleast your cylinder has to come for Minimum 25 days] and they take another 10 to 18 days for actual delivery [How this can be justified?].
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They are highly irresponsible in receiving the consumer complaints and ask to come time and again. They are not reponding properly to consumer complaints and queries. Someone suggest me to set right such kind of irresponsible agents through consumer forum / complaint / redressal /etc

Yes, As Mr. Harikrishnan said, We are also facing this problem every month. we need to beg them to provide the cylinder on time. Kindly consider this compliant and take the needed action to stop this kind of irresponsiblity in public service sectors.

M/s. Muthumani Indane Gas Agency is so arrogant fellow. Most of the customers are BHEL Employees, but M/s. Muthumani Gas Agency treat them like beggars for everything. For any new connection, he will ask for ration Card. Most of the other agencies give connection with Affidavit, but So called M/S Muthumani only insist on Ration Card. Even the staff who attend the telephones are also such arrogant like the Manager of M/s. Muthumani Indane Gas Agency. Cylinder delivery 25 days plus 15 days(40 days), through phone no response, for everything we need to rush to the Office(Indane Gas). Why can't IOCL cancel the dealership of M/s. Muthumani Indane Gas Agency?
