MVQ*ID Solutions review: Complaint

I had the exact same experience as this other person had with this company. I was trying to call Verizon to ask them about problems with my internet connection. I dialed one digit wrong from the number for Verizon [protected]) and got someone that told me that I was one of the first hundred callers to win a $100 gift card. At first I was excited about this and thought OK great. But then it become another thing they wanted me to buy and the guy was very convincing about keeping me on the line ("just give me 10 more seconds and then I will help you with your internet"). There were two things they signed me up for one that cost $24 and another that was $4. When they finally said they would connect me to someone who would help me with internet connection the phone went dead. When I tried calling back the number, it was a non working phone number. Very frustrating! I called my credit card company and canceled that card.
