My Face Socks Horrible customer service once order is placed.

Before placing my order, customer support went above and beyond to help me. Because of this, I placed my time sensitive order with them. According to their site and reps, typical processing time is 3-5 business days. I was told my order would be expedited and it would not take as long. It’s been 15 days and my order has not shipped. I no longer have need for the product as the event has passed. The company wants $50 to cancel the order because of their mistake and lack of following through. I wish I had gone with another company. I’ll can’t comment on the actual product as I’ve not received it. However, I strongly distrust this company.

My Face Socks Disappointing Experience with My Face Socks: Slow Delivery & Poor Customer Service

So, we decided to get creative and personalize some socks with My Face Socks - myfacesocks.com.au. We put in an order for three pairs and eagerly waited for them to arrive. However, much to our disappointment, only two pairs were delivered after a whopping 5 weeks of waiting (which seemed like forever!). My Face Socks clearly needs to work on their timing, as they promised a faster delivery time in their advertisements.

But wait, that's not all! When we sifted through the package, we noticed that the invoice showed all three socks as checked off, but one pair was missing! It was clear that Quality Control is not their strong suit. This blunder left us somewhat perplexed and wondering if we'll ever receive all three pairs.

We contacted their customer service, hoping for a simple solution. However, we found ourselves caught in an endless email exchange with a customer service rep who seemed to be getting more confused with every message. We were asked to send pictures of the socks we received, and then pictures of the socks we didn't receive. Each time we responded with the requested information, we had to wait for about a week for their response. This back-and-forth continued for some time, and we still haven't gotten our missing pair nor have they returned our money.

To add to our frustration, the rep known as "Vivian" asked us for yet another picture of the socks we'd already received. It seems like they're stuck in an endless loop and are unable to solve our problem! We hope that they will improve their customer service and order fulfillment in the future.

All in all, we were quite disappointed with our experience with My Face Socks. We had high hopes for some fun and personalized socks, but instead, we received a hassle-filled experience and only two out of three pairs of socks we ordered. We recommend that you approach this company with caution until they improve their delivery times and customer service.

My Face Socks My Face Socks Review: Disappointing Experience with Cropped Photo and No Refund

So, I ordered a custom t-shirt from My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au). I was so excited to have a shirt with my own photo on it! I sent them an email asking them to please not crop the photo, because I wanted the whole thing to be on the shirt. They emailed me back and said it wouldn't be a problem. Cool, right? But when the shirt arrived in the mail, the photo had been cropped! I was so disappointed - why did they say they wouldn't crop it if they were just going to do it anyway?

So I contacted them and asked why they had done this. They apologized and offered me two choices: a 20% refund or a replacement shirt with the whole photo on it. I decided to go with the replacement, because honestly, 20% didn't seem like enough of a refund for something that was their mistake. But then I changed my mind and asked for a full refund, which I'm entitled to under Australian consumer laws. And do you know what they said? They said they couldn't give me a refund at all! What?! Why offer me a refund and then change your mind? This is dodgy as all get out.

The thing that really bothers me is that this company is based overseas, not in Australia. I don't ever expect to get my money back, but I can at least warn others about how shifty these people are. Don't make the same mistake I did - go with a reputable company that follows the law and respects their customers.

My Face Socks Mixed experience with My Face Socks: Product Quality Great, Shipping & Customer Service Not So Much

I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant about ordering from My Face Socks after reading some of the negative reviews on here. But hey, the heart wants what it wants, and I really wanted to surprise my friend with a personalized gift. So, I took the plunge and placed my order.

Now, I'll be honest. I did have a bit of an issue with the customer service. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but didn't hear back for almost a day. When I finally did hear back, they said they could only refund me 50% because my order was already in production. I was a bit skeptical, but I didn't want to lose out on half of my money, so I went ahead and let them continue with the production.

To make matters worse, the item shipped from China, so it took much longer to arrive than I had anticipated. I had ordered it as a Christmas gift but it didn't show up until January 15th - talk about a buzzkill.

But, I have to say, now that I have it in my hands, I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality of the blanket is actually pretty decent - I'd say a 4 out of 5. It's just a shame it didn't arrive on time, otherwise, it would've been perfect.

I guess the moral of the story is that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and that's not necessarily the fault of the company. Maybe I should've ordered earlier or paid closer attention to the shipping information. Either way, I'm happy with the end product and glad I didn't listen to all the negative reviews I read online.

My Face Socks Terrible experience with My Face Socks: Order not delivered & refund denied

I can't believe what a terrible experience I had with My Face Socks! I ordered a pair of socks for my friend's birthday on April 11th and her birthday was on April 28th. I still haven't received them! I even emailed them to ask about the delay and they said it was because of Covid 19 and that orders will be delayed a little. Then I sent another email in early May saying that I didn't need the socks as a present anymore and I wanted a refund. They told me that my package was in shipping and that it wasn't possible for a refund. It's now May 28th and I still haven't gotten my socks or a refund!

Their website says that my item was shipped and that it's still in Fremont California, but the USPS tracking number they gave me is not valid. What's going on? This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. During the pandemic, I had many things shipped from China that arrived with a decent but manageable delay, but these socks are from California! It's absolutely inexcusable! I'm so angry that I would even categorize them as scammers. Horrendous!

I just want to share my experience with this company called My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au). To start, I suggest you go to a different company, not like this so-called scammer of a company. I found out that this site is a CHINESE KNOCKOFF of the original that is facesocks.com, and this alone made me skeptical.

Despite my initial doubts, I placed an order, thinking I would give this company a chance. Unfortunately, it's been a terrible experience. First of all, they did not send me a proof, which was apparently an option. I requested one three times via email, but I received none.

When my order arrived, I hated it. The product is cheap and awful, and you can't even wear it comfortably. I ordered a pair of black socks, but to my surprise, what I got was just white with black ink on them. Imagine putting them on, and you can see the white fabric showing. That was enough to turn me off from ever considering buying from this site again.

I immediately requested a refund via email but got the same copy and paste response three times. It made me wonder if they could read or speak English, so I decided to try and send one in Chinese. But still, I received the same response.

This company is not worth your time or money. I didn't even bother taking a photo because I threw the socks away right after. Just check the other reviews to make sure you'll not have the same experience as me.

My Face Socks Scam Alert: Beware of Ordering from this Company - Save Your Time and Money

This company is not worth your time or money. I foolishly ignored all the other negative reviews and ended up extremely frustrated with my experience. The website promised that my order would arrive in time for Christmas, but it didn't. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect and poorly made. The blanket I ordered was meant to be plain, but instead, it had "no text" printed on it twice. It's unbelievable that they won't correct their mistake or refund my money.

It is clear that the company is not based in Australia or NJ as they claim, but rather, they must be from China. They are not honest with their customers and will only cause you misery. I strongly advise you to save yourself the stress and avoid this scam company entirely.

Lesson learned, I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. Trust me, they are not worth it.

My Face Socks Poor Communication and No Refunds - My Face Socks Review

Yo, I gotta say kids, I'm pretty peeved about My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au). I decided to be the best husband ever and get my wifey a custom blanket for our anniversary (May 28th) on April 22nd. I thought that gave them more than enough time to put it together and ship it out. Boy, was I wrong!

On April 29th they hit me with a shipping notification saying it was on its way from Cali (woohoo!), but that's where the updates ended. As of June 21st, still no blanket, no response, and no love from My Face Socks.

Now, I don't want to say anything too harsh, but it seems like they're dodging my refund questions and just giving me the run around. I've been asking for my dang money back for 3 WEEKS and it's like they can't even hear me. They keep telling me they're "waiting for a reply from the shipping company" and "will contact me within a few days when they hear back from them." Like, what's the deal?

Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and they're helping me sort it out since I filed a case with them. It's almost been 30 days and My Face Socks still hasn't responded to PayPal, so I'm pretty sure I'm getting my greenbacks back.

Overall, I'm disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. I get that things happen, but when you're in business you gotta communicate and make things right. My Face Socks ain't gettin' no thumbs up from this hombre.

My Face Socks Disappointing Quality: A Review of My Face Socks Printed Socks

So, I decided to give My Face Socks a try and ordered myself a pair of printed socks in the classic black color. My initial reaction was a bit of disappointment as soon as I felt the scratchy fabric. The quality of the sock was very poor, and it had no structure to it. It was just like a tube with no shape given to the heel or toes which made it uncomfortable to wear. The fabric was definitely not a natural fit and would bunch up at the toes. It was not a great feeling.

Adding to my despair, I noticed there were two white lines on the folded sides of the sock. Apparently, the fabric was printed flat which resulted in the black color not taking on the outer folds. That was a clear indication that the printing quality was quite poor. Also, the face print was so dark that it seemed obvious that there was no color correction or quality check.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the socks and didn't even feel like trying to have them reprinted since the fabric and printing process were so poor. Sad to say, they were supposed to be a gift for someone special, but I had to let go of that plan since I didn't want to gift such a low-quality product.

My Face Socks Terrible Customer Service and Delays: My Experience with MyFaceSocks

Okay, I gotta tell ya, my experience with MyFaceSocks was not good at all. I mean, like really bad. I was so excited to order some personalized socks for my friend's birthday, but it just turned out to be a huge mess. Can you believe that it took over a month for my order to even move from the same spot it was in when I first checked the tracking? A whole freakin' month! And the worst part? I tried to contact the company to get some information on what was going on with my order, but no one even bothered to respond to me. Like, come on guys, I know things are delayed right now, but a little communication would be nice!
When I finally asked for my money back, they only offered me 10%. Ten percent! Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that?! Honestly, I am not impressed with this company at all. They really need to work on taking care of their customers better.

My Face Socks My Face Socks' Christmas Delivery Guarantee Falls Short

I was using the My Face Socks website on the 6th of December to place my order. I saw a banner on there saying, "Christmas delivery guaranteed." I was getting excited as I was sure that I'd be able to receive my order in time for Christmas. However, as I was checking out, they posted a delivery window of 10 to 15 days. I was a bit confused as I wasn't sure if that meant from the order time or from the time that they had finished manufacturing.

Just to be sure, I decided to give their customer service a call. I was then told that they might not be able to deliver before Christmas. I was quite disappointed after hearing this because I was really hoping to give the gift during Christmas. It was then that I had sent an email to their customer service asking why they had guaranteed Christmas delivery when they weren't able to fulfill it. Sadly, all I got in reply was an explanation of why they couldn't guarantee the delivery, and there was no apology or compensation offered.

I wasn't impressed with their customer service as I expected a better response, but they didn't seem to care about the mistake on their part. If this is how they handle their customers, then I don't think that I want to do business with them again. However, the guarantee is still on their website, and I'm not sure how many innocent people will fall for it.

Overall, it's a shame that their customer service didn't show any remorse for the confusion they created, and it's even more disappointing that they didn't make any effort to correct the mistake. If I hadn't called to check, I would have been extremely disappointed that I couldn't give my gift during Christmas time, so beware of their delivery window!

My Face Socks Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au)

Arrived on My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au) eager to place my order for Christmas gifts. I selected 3 pairs of socks and a blanket that I knew would bring joy and laughter to my loved ones. I made my purchase back in November and was told I would be receiving my items by December 12th. However, as the day approached, I checked my cameras and couldn't find any sign of the delivery.

I contacted their customer service team to inquire about the whereabouts of my order, but to my surprise they were not helpful at all. They gave me the runaround and said that they could not refund me the money. Frustrated, I asked if they could at least resend the same order again, but they refused.

I decided to contact Paypal to file a claim and luckily they were able to refund me my money. It was a bummer that I had to go through this experience and that I never received my items. If only I had read some reviews before making my purchase, I would have known that they are a scam.

It's a shame that they acted this way and I hope they improve their services in the future. It's important for companies to value their customers and provide them with quality products and satisfactory customer service. Therefore I advise to stay far away from My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au) and find a more trustworthy company to order from.

My Face Socks Terrible Customer Service Experience with My Face Socks - Do Not Recommend!

I had the worst experience with this company - My Face Socks. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! My experience was so bad that I would not even give them a single star. If you are thinking of spending your money here, think again! I ordered a pair of socks at the beginning of December last year as a Christmas gift for my friend. However, it arrived late and when it did arrive, I was disappointed to see that the image of one of the faces was cut off.

I immediately contacted their customer service for a refund, but I regret to say that their customer service was terrible. I have exchanged over 10 emails with this company's representative, but all they seemed to be doing was playing games with me. They refused to give me a refund, and even when I tried canceling the order before shipment, they shipped it anyway. Their response was that they couldn't issue a refund because it had already shipped!

Their first offer was to refund my money minus the shipping costs, which was not acceptable to me since it wasn't my fault that the product was damaged. After that, they apologized for the "inconvenience" and then offered to refund the shipping cost as "compensation". That was really weird to me because I had already paid for the product and shipping.

Recently, I have received no response from this company, even though they promised a refund. Supposedly, the supervisor rescinded the offer of a refund, which is unacceptable. In conclusion, I would suggest that you avoid this company and look for a better one. There are plenty of good companies out there that provide better service and quality products.

My Face Socks Disappointing Experience with My Face Socks: Shipping Issues and Unresponsive Customer Service

I ordered some socks from My Face Socks not too long ago and had a bit of an issue with my order. I ended up having to fork over 19.95 of my hard-earned dollars for shipping. I was a bit disappointed to learn that they said the printing process would take 1-3 business days while the delivery process would take 3-5 days after that.

As it turned out, I ended up having to shoot off an email to the company because my package was supposed to arrive in my hands already but I had not even received a single notification about it being shipped yet. It wasn't until after I sent my email to them that they actually sent me a notification saying that it had been shipped.

Naturally, I wasn't too pleased about the situation, especially since I had paid an extra $19.95 for faster shipping. I politely asked if they could refund me the shipping fee since they did not manage to deliver within the promised timeframe but all I got in return was some vague promise about how my "satisfaction is their priority".

Now, I have sent not one, not two, but three(!) emails trying to get a straight answer about whether or not they will refund me the shipping fee but I'm still not sure if I will ever see that money again. It's starting to look like I won't be seeing it again but fingers crossed.

Needless to say, I'm not all that thrilled with my experience with My Face Socks. If you are considering purchasing something from them, I suggest looking elsewhere.

My Face Socks Do Not Order from My Face Socks: Terrible Quality & Shipping Time

I was really excited to order from My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au) on 12/7. I was hoping to get my Christmas delivery soon. And, guess what? They showed an estimate of 10 days for production and delivery. I was over the moon! But, to my dismay, after several days, my item was in limbo at USPS. So, I reached out to their customer service, only to find out that my product was being shipped directly from China! Wow, talk about taking forever.

Finally, on 12/27, after almost three weeks, I received my product. But, the quality is absolutely terrible! The socks don't even fit like socks. They are like sleeves that bunch up at the front of the ankle, making it uncomfortable to wear. There is also an awful chemical smell that makes me want to vomit. The fabric is bizarre, too! It stretches in a really unfortunate way that distorts the pictures of my kids' faces. After waiting so long, my kids' faces will end up in the garbage.

Moreover, when I tried to post a bad review on their site, it doesn't show up. Only the 4 and 5-star reviews are visible, which makes me doubt their credibility. It's really shady.

Overall, I would not recommend My Face Socks (myfacesocks.com.au). Their product quality is terrible, and it takes forever to receive. You're better off getting your custom socks elsewhere.

This chinese company is a scam

This chinese company is a scam. Fake site, no products to deliver. They write their own positive reviews.

If you order something, they will send you a routing number, but it is not being delivered to you, it is going to a fake address. 100% fraud.
