I'm SO sorry I ever came across this site!

This Company run by Nikeia L. Thomas has bad business practices, awful communication and NO ethics what-so-ever!
Nikiea chose to DELAY a refund that was promised to me ONLY to claim Fraud on my PayPal acct. before paying me. By doing this, she has tried to demean my character and have my acct. CLOSED.

She is a very scrupulous individual and should not receive any traffic to her site MyLittleSecretsOnline.com

I have also been told her units shed and many of the claims on her site are FALSE in regard to her Lace Front Wigs.

This person, Nikeia L. Thomas talked to me on the phone numerous times and NEVER stated anything about fraud. I gor emails telling me, this day and that.
She kept pushing dates back for shipping, and then for my REFUND.

She has no shame. Buyer beware!

If her site didn't offer refunds she should have stated that on the phone with me when we talked. NOT tell me she would give me my money back (stating it would take 30 days for a refund, then the same day, then give her 24 hours)..and THEN at the last minute state she suspected fraud.

Shady.

This client was getting a refund because I suspected fraud. ( Never the whole story). Client has been refunded.

We were closed. This is listed on the site. (even thou we were closed I kept open communication with this client). We do not issue refunds. We have an excellent exchange policy. However if was suspected fraud client had to names and could not meet the requires from PayPal to confirm her address or account. PayPal emailed seller so that was the reason for the refund. Client should contact paypal to see what was the problem or problems with her account.

Reason for Refund: Company has issued a full refund due to suspected fraud. Client was not able to verified address by traceable correspondence with the seller. Client has no confirmed address and used different names in email and phone correspondence.

Refund was issued before the next business day. (business days and hours are posted on the site).

Client has also made false statement about MLSO.com and has used different alias and accounts to do so.

I disagree with the buyer only because I have had several interactions with Nikeia she has never been anything less then professional. Her product as stated on her site is of excellent quality and I will continue to purchase from her that reason and many more. Also since her site clearly states that there are no refunds I really don't see how there could be any complaint on the part of the buyer as she was able to received a refund which is more than she could have expected based on the policy of the company.
I truly believe that every vendor is not for everybody and perhaps is the case here. However I can personally vouch for Nikeia and say that she has always been honest and pleasant to deal with!

Wow...all I can say is that I have purchased twice from Nikeia and she was highly professional and accomodating. Most of all, her units were beautiful. No complaints here.

I was a little confused when it took close to a month to receive my order. It wasnt custom or anything. And it was weird that it wasnt shipped by a familiar company. and when i received the wig, wow, it looked nothing like the picture. And there were so many odd lengths of hair throughout the wig. So many uneven ends and it looked like it was put together with strands of hair that had been collected off a barbershop floor. Im serious! However I am optimistic that maybe it was just a bad batch and I might order a different wig from them next time.

I ordered my unit on October 11, 2011 via paypal and my information with them is verfied. The unit was "jazzy" and on sale for a total with shipping of $235. It came out of paypal that day. I sent messages about 1) information listed on the unit and 2) The unit shipping time after 6 buisness days as specified. I also did not have any custom specifications because it wasn't allowed with the unit I purchased being on sale. There was no contact back until three days after I sent the email and the respondance was only telling me about my question of what "Med B" stood for. I was also asked if that would be fine. I replied back "yes." Shipping information was never sent via email like stated and it was October 21, 2011 (10 days later and 8 business day later) since I ordered. I sent a third email voicing my concerns and complaining about the product not being shipped to MLSO email and then I opened up a dispute with paypal with my order not being recieved. That same day...no within the same hour, I recieved a reply from Nikiea Thomas' email that my purchase had been refunded. This is not what I wanted, but this is what happened. This was my first time ordering a lacefront wig or wig of any sort and 1). It has been an awful experience and 2). I guess it was not meant to be. I do feel like Ms. Thomas is not professional in the area of promising what the site cannot deliver and responding to individuals. I cannot tell you how the hair looks because it never was sent, but I do encourage individuals to be careful ordering, especially if you needed in the stated provided time on MLSO site because you may not get it!

P.S. It said my status was "REFUNDED, " but I still have not recieved it yet do to it only being one day since, but I will let you know how long it takes until I actually recieve it:-).

My Little Secrets Online has horrible customer service and I recommend anyone that has issues with them let the Better Business Bureau know. It's a simple process that can be done online. The owner is unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills. I took a risk ordering from them and I regret it. I paid for additional services that were not delivered. The owner misrepresented the shipping time and when I asked about it they ignored my questions. Then she changed the status to shipped even though it was not shipped. I am totally disgusted with this company. The wig almost took 2 months to arrive and the owner never apologized for the errors on their behalf. I paid extra for services was careful in reminding them what I paid for and they ignored it anyway. They are a tacky company. MLSO you need to treat your customers better and trust I will never order from or recommend your company to ANYONE.

I ordered from this site a while ago, and paid for some special additives .wow I got my wig and they had not bleached the knots. I had however paid for this when I posted my honest review on her page stating my disatisfaction they deleted my post. The shipping was not that bad I must say but the wig was poorly made I paid about $400 and the quality was not worth the 400 I paid, and yeah the wig was a shedding mess would never recommend this site please beware !

I would love to experience this wonderful customer service by Nikeia that everyone is raving about. I have been requesting information on two of the wigs on her site for the past three weeks and have yet to receive a phone call or an e-mail. My conclusion is that she does not need the money or the business. I also think it is very shady to not have any type of refund policy. It is extremely unprofessional to not respond to inquiries, especially when they do not have a telephone number for the stie. Good luck with ordering from her, as I will not be. There are too many other websites and vendors to use other than MLSO! Sheisty and shady!

I order a wig from my litte secret and when i got the wig. I was not happy i paid for super bleach knots and did not get the services i paid for. I could still see the knots all over the wig. I feel that was not cool and i will never order from this site again. I also order one of her wig the first time and it look a hot mess it did not like the picture at all. The knots again did not look bleach. I feel the refund policy is not good. If you belive in your product why not have a full refund if the customer is not happy. PLease Beware of my little secret! its a rip off...

I wish there was a way to have honest reviews readily available for consumers. I have been buying lace wigs from overseas vendors for years. I decided to try an American vendor for once so I didn't have to bother with tweeking the wig on my own. First of all, I was sent the wrong wig. When I emailed the owner, she called me, which I thought was strange. In situations of buying/refunding, I prefer communication in writing. Anyway, I requested a refund but she stated the correct wig was available and would be sent out. I really wasn't impressed with the wig and it did not look anything like the picture. The yaki wig was actually silky straight among other things. Nonetheless, I accepted it as is because a lace wig is never what you think it will be. I then requested a refund for the return shipping since I was sent the wrong wig and was told I would get a store credit. That was unacceptable since the error was on their part. It took over a month, after I emailed a couple times, to get the refund and this was only AFTER I filed a complaint with paypal. Then miraculously, they know how to respond. I left a review on their website, 3/5 stars which I thought was reasonable. It was not an overwhelmingly negative review. I was just stating, the wig wasn't what I expected. I did not include any issues I had with delivery, refund etc. When I tried to submit, the site response was that the review is pending approval. After seeing that, I knew the review would never appear and it never has. I guess I should have known since all the reviews are 4-5 stars and talk about how wonderful the wigs are. I just advise others to proceed with caution.

This company is HORRIBLE! I am not even the one to write bad reviews and I hate leaving nasty feedback but MLSO has earned it! I have ordered a few wigs from this site. The customer service is soooooo B AD and they NEVER ship your item on time! I am realizing that the hair is not even worth the asking price! I am not giving them anymore of my business after this. I am a loyal customer and I always try to look at both sides and not over-react, but this has gotten out of hand! She needs to shut the damn website down if she can't run it properly. They don't even respond to emails or questions about your order. People who spend this type of money want EXCELLENT customer service and we damn sure deserve it! I am so livid right now.

DON’T GET ME WRONG THERE ARE SOME GOOD SITES AND BAD ONES, BUT IT’S UP TO US THE CUSTOMERS TO LET OTHERS KNOW WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS. LIKE “THAT WIG” IS A GREAT SITE THEY ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS QUICKLY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT ARE TRY AND VERY GOOD. NOW FOR My Little Secrets Online I bought my first unit from them a few weeks ago. I wasted my money, I will not be wearing it at all. They have this system where you have to place adds to extra things you want. I did that and didn’t get what I ask for which was extra lace and super bleached knots the hair was shading bad I had not even wore it and the length was off too.
The customer service is terrible they never get back to you it takes weeks for one answer and when you ask several questions they don’t answer all of them. Well at least some of you have talk to a live person I never had that chance no number listed.
The delivery is terrible and I try to pretronize my people but it’s Impossible most of the time I was going to buy another unit but after getting my first one no way. Buyers beware.

Wow. So many negative reviews. I really was interested in ordering a few units from this site, but will err on the side of caution and continue to look for more reliable vendors. If anyone has had an "excellent" experience and received high quality units with other online vendors, please post.

First off ladies let me tell ya I was so amazed by the youtube videos on mylittlesecrets so I decided to give them a try BAD MISTAKE! I been dealing with this company since January, Ok so I decided to order a lace wig called PATIENCE a month went by I received the wig and it was so horrible looking VERY, VERY, VERY THIN didn't even look like it was professionally done! So I give them a call I called about 6 times Niekia finally answered I told her about the wig and she said the wrong wig was sent to me she said my wig was on her wall with my name on it so i'm sitting here like SERIOUSLY? So i sent the wig back few days went by received the right wig and that of course was horrible and looked like the same damn wig! I sent it back because they would not answer the phone so I send it back with a note saying how horrible the hair texture was and how horrible the hair looked! So I gave it time to make it to her then I called her and she credit my account on mylittlesecrets because she don't believe in REFUNDS so I chose something else I chose the lace wig called DOOBIE switched hair texture to silky straight I paid for add ons which was 180 Density, Semi Bleached knots and I wanted to make the wig a full lace So I put my order in a month and a half went by it was said my hair shipped a week went by and my tracking was never updated so I had called her about it she went and saw about it until this day I think my hair got lost or she never shipped it! So I received it I was to out done, disappointed, pissed off I'm a hard working woman and hell i'm thinking i'm going to receive a nice wig I open the box it looks like a hairy rough animal the texture of the hair wasn't smooth at all the hair didn't have no body it was extremely stiff the way the hair was cut was AWFUL! the hair was not full at all it looked like it had alopecia when i paid for EXTRA DENSITY! then last but not least it shed so bad the worst wig I ever received then she Niekia had a nerve to say it was really pretty before I received it! I had better full and lace front wigs REAL VIRGIN HAIR from a china vendor UNDER $99 AND FOR EXTRA DENSITY $10 but no! I wanna waste $385 ON MYLITTLESECRETS ON 1 DAMN WIG! So I feel like this think before spending your hard earn money on MYLITTLESECRETS because she doesn't do refunds once you press that button thats it! Oh and another thing she said she was gonna call me back she never did! smh! So I'm taking my lost but I will never deal with them again!

Its very interesting how companies that dont do returns/exchanges abuse that. her site says not returns/ exchanges, it says nothing about refunds. im in the middle of an order with her, and i just wish to God that i had done some research on this company before I purchased. i ordered a Doobie unit on the 2 October. before i actually placed the order she replied to every email of mine. I thought that was a good sign, so i purchased. after the purchase, SILENCE. I had to send her a msg on her portal asking her whats going on with my order. She said i should get it by November 5, but I will definitely get it before. So i was pleased. Now I have a problem, I am having to leave the country I am in earlier, and I asked her if she could have the wig to me before the 1st November because I am leaving the country and I am not able to receive the wig (which would have been delivered to my door) She replies that she will have it to me by the 1st. I replied to her that the 1st is too late. I need it before. I have not heard one word from her since. I have sent 3 messages on her portal requesting information. I am pissed off now. Polite is gone out the window. I told her if she cant fulfil the order, then please just cancel the order becuase it will be delivered and nobody will be here to receive it and it will be sent back to her which is a waste of time. NO REPLY. I have messaged her on FB. Nothing.! I sent her multiple emails to her gmail address, NOTHING. I even called her. After the phone rang too many times that I was about to hang up, I hear her voice message. And judging by her voice, I can really just kick myself. She sounds like and idiot. Not like a professional business woman. So i am so angry. All i want is for her to get hold of me, acknowledge the situation and see how and where she can help me. i would even be willing to leave the combs and straps out (8 business days) so she can mail the wig today. I dont consider this a custom order so I dont understand why everything takes so long. If there is absolutely nothing she can do, I want to cancel the order. This woman is so unprofessional. I cant even believe it. What she doesn't get is that as an alopecia sufferer, if she was a good business person, she would have multiple orders from me in the future. But she obviously has no vision whatsoever. She got my $215. And if it turns out this wig gets here and Im already gone, i would have lost the money and lost the wig. And it hurts cos I work hard for that money. But you know what I will never ever be poor. But people like her will never be successful. You cant build on other peoples tears. i am very upset and disappointed, that she hasn't even tried to contact me, to see how we can sort this out. I'm inconsolable. I'll place another a back up order with Elevate Wigs now(a real professional company) and I know that I will have my order before the 1st. Nikea, she will get nowhere in life. DO NOT-- DO NOT ---DO NOT order from this woman! She is a crook and all she cares about is getting your money! She does not care about customer satisfaction/service. Do NOT trust youtube videos, just because someone else had a "good" experience doesn't mean you will. I actually made a video once because my VERY FIRST unit was good and even then the customer service was horrible! I have since then ordered several units and let me tell you, EVERY TIME I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY I NEVER GOT MY ### ON TIME AND SHE NEVER ANSWER EMAILS UNTIL SHE IS READY! I have taken my video down because during this time i came to realize that the UNITS ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL! The quality of the units are one step away from beauty supply store units! She had the nerve after 3 weeks try to call me and ask if i still wanted the unit to be shipped, ummm no sweetie I filed a dispute and I want my money back, pronto! She updated the status to refund before she"called" me but guess what? I still haven't gotten my coins! All she had to do was respond to the paypal dispute and she still have not done so! I feel like such an idiot for letting someone take advantage of me this long. i have been a customer of hers for a long time and its only because I could not find an american vendor. Now, don't get me wrong, some of her units have been nice but they don't last and like i stated before they are not worth the price she is asking for! you can get the same exact hair from Chinese vendors and cut the middle man out! I can't believe this chick and her antics. I don't even run a business but I know that most of the time if you actually use good communication skills consumers will give you a pass. All it took was for her to answer my emails and keep me updated on the status of my order.. She couldn't even do that! No Tea, No shade but as a black woman I try to spend my money in "our" community but Nikeie(?) is EXACTLY the reason why we have to seek out others to spend our money with!
FYI--- she didn't respond until after a filed a dispute and lite that fire under her ###... smh

You ladies are scaring me. lol I googled to look up reviews for this company, because I have patiently been waiting on my wig to come. It was 45 business days on Friday. November 1, 2013. Today is November 6, 2013. This is not my first time ordering a wig. As everyone else has said, the wig companies from out of country ship in 5-6 business days...The wig that I ordered is a custom wig so I kind of(maybe) understand why it takes so long. I will give my wig 7 more days to come, before I recontact this woman. I am trying so hard to be optimistic. I purchased this wig as an investment(protective hairstyle). I spent over $500. I hope that I do not have any issues and that the wig is here or on it's way now. smh I really pray that I get my wig soon. As I said it has been more than 45 business days. Business days do not include weekends or those off days on their website.)
P.S. I sent an email to the company on Friday, I still haven't gotten a response or a reply saying something along the lines to inform me that my message was received. I am an optimistic person. Therefore, I am trying my best to be positive. Either way this is a lesson.

I wish I had seen all this before I bought a wig. (Granted it was a while ago) I was young and didn't know any better. My mom warned me about waisting my money. I ordered "doobie" and received the absolute opposite. That wig was a hot mess. Long in the front short in the back as if someone took scissors and went to town! And no it wasn't the "style" I was so upset. On top of that I really don't think it was the right color or either their color charts are off. I ordered a #4 & I think it was more of a ashy blond. (My real hair color is #4) (sandy brown) that wig, have no idea what that was. Now with every online shopping experience I go through, I read reviews.

I have ordered from MLSO in the past (2011) I forgot the name of the wig but i had no issues whatsoever with that particular unit. Fast forward to Oct 2013. I figured that since my previous experience with them was good, I would order another unit from them. I ordered A Lil Kinky A Lil Curly lace front. When I first received the wig it had an odor to it especially when wet. It also appeared to have some sort of film on it that would not come off no matter how many times i washed it. The unit did not look like the picture on the website. I ordered a #2 the wig appeared to be a #4. The ends were completely dead. I thought all hope was lost until I saw a tutorial on YouTube for a bleach bath which I did 2x! The wig looks a lot better now but it sheds A LOT almost to the point that Im scared to comb it. I paid almost $300 for this unit & for that price I should not have had all of the issues that I had with this unit. It appears like a nice unit but I have no idea how much longer this wig will last. Moral of my story? DO NOT ORDER FROM MLSO!

I been waiting for my wig over a month now I still haven't received any proper explanation why the wig is not ship. I didn't ask for any custom colors or accessories and still no wig. When I asked for her to cancel my order she told me I couldn't and I could only get store credit. I went to USA.gov and look at the right for online shopping under federal law this is:When you order something by mail, phone, fax or computer, the Federal Trade Commission requires the company to:
Ship the merchandise within the time promised, or if no specific delivery time was stated, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Notify you if the shipment cannot be made on time and give you the choice of waiting longer or getting a refund.
Cancel your order and return your payment if the new shipping date cannot be met, unless you agree to another delay.
If you cancel, your money must be refunded within 7 days (or your account must be credited within one billing cycle if you charged the order). The company can't substitute a credit for other merchandise. If you applied for a charge account with the merchant at the same time that you placed your order, the company has an extra 20 days to ship the merchandise to allow time for processing your application.

NEVER AGAIN... RIP OFF. BUYER BEWARE; PLEASE READ & NOTE CAREFULLY
I purchased two units at over $200 each, and in a matter of a few months the unit stretched out and could no longer fit snugly. It was shocking as they were hardly worn so I never washed them. After my emails weren't answered and no response to phone calls/messages, I travelled long distance to the store with both units and explained the situation, to my surprise and adverse disappointment, Nikeia L. Thomas took a look at both and said there's nothing she can do to allow a snug fit. Not one to be engaged in confrontation and continuous dispute, I peacefully expressed how disappointed I was to her, but still nothing was done--no attempt to remedy the situation; zero attempt to have a satisfied customer. Since I was already on location, I decided that it was already a wasted trip so being new to lace wigs and not knowing how to clean them, I asked her to (I mean, after paying close to $500 for both units, I just wanted to see if I can at least get a few more wear out of them instead of discarding them right away) Much to my dismay she charged $40 each plus tax without even thinking twice about it. She never even take into consideration that one unit is much shorter than the other, plus the fact that she told me that there was nothing to be done to allow a snug fit. In the end I walked out of that store and vowed never to return again and I'm pleased to say I've continued and will continue to stick to that promise. NEVER AGAIN. She's lost a valuable customer plus I've withdrawn all my recommendations. I've lost my money on two useless units. Horrible customer service and unreasonable practices. NEVER AGAIN.

Wow I wish I read these before I ordered! I ordered my unit on May 5th and have yet to receive my order. I have been continuously lied to about when my order Is going to be shipped, because of this I had to pay to get my hair done. I was promised by Nikia over the phone on Tuesday that she would overnight it and I would have received it yesterday Friday, May23rd. Checked the tracking today it was just shipped yesterday Friday 23rd! She is dishonest and not once did she apologize or try to remedy the situation. I just hope it is the right unit when I get it but I don't have my hopes up. BUYER BEWARE

NIkea L. Thomas company MLSO.com is a total rip off. I ordered my unit o Dec 1st for cyber Monday, and here it is Dec 23rd and I still don't have my unit. AS a matter of fact, the number posted on her website is disconnected, can u believe that. How unprofessional is she. I actually looked through the reviews on this site and came across someone who posted her real number. So I decided to give her ### a call, she actually answered and gave me a mouth full of ###. My order still hasn't shipped, she's never returned my emails. This is why I don't fool with black owned businesses, because of people like her. A dam thief is what she is! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE DEC2014

I wish I came across this site prior to purchasing my unit. Which I ordered on March 15 today is June 2 and I still have yet to receive it. I have had a few emails back and forth. With a very short reply, not answering any of my questions. The last email I sent was on May 18, May 23, and today June 2 requesting a reply . I still don't have an idea as to when it will be completed and shipped. A few adjustments where made adding extra lace and semi bleaching the knots. So tired of playing this waiting game.
