I JUST WANT TO SAY I JUST BOUGHT A BED FROM THIS SITE. THE COMPLAINT ABOVE ALMOST STOPPED ME. IT WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD FIND ANYWHERE AND THE BBB GAVE STEVE YEDS AND MY WATERBED SHOP AN A+ RATING. I THINK THE COMPLAINT SHOULD BE REMOVED. I WAS SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY OF THE BED WHEN I GOT IT SET UP. I HAVE NOT SLEPT THIS WELL IN MONTHS. I AM SO SO SO! HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. HE RESPONDED TO ALL MY NERVOUS INQUIRIES ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, CERTAINLY AFTER HOURS. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING, EVEN THE COMPLAINT. I THINK THE GUY WHO WROTE IT IS KIND OF CRAZY-MEAN. I GOT A GREAT PRICE AND THE DELIVERY WAS TO MY FRONT DOOR BY FEDEX. JUST AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. DONT LET THIS GUY STOP YOU FROM BUYING ONE OF THESE BEDS.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In all honesty, Steve Y (owner) is RUDE. His website states all items ship SAME or NEXT business day. After waiting patiently 4 days, I had not received any shipping information. I sent an inquiry to please send tracking information or please refund order, as I needed this part to repair my airbed. I literally cannot keep air in the bed without this $20 part.
