MyBuilder review: My complaint against Thomas Smith who did a very bad job after I have learnt the truth from the video provided by someone.

The above gardener did not finish my basic job requirement. As the dry plant/bush in front garden needed to be removed, the plant in front garden Thomas just trimmed the outside part facing the road, whlie the inner part Thomas skipped the job of trimming and the weeds at the bottom fence next to the lawn needed to be removed. Thomas did not finish the basic job requirement as the video he provided just showed part of the garden jobs while skipping away the other important part in his video. It is ridiculous that Thomas told me he had to finish the job within 2 hours but he never said that when he quoted to me as I thought the quote is for a whole small job. I queried Thomas before job done when he told me the job was limited to 2 hours only, but he said he usually could finish the job within 2 hours to meet my requirement. As for the further part deep into the garden, the jobs there for clearance were excluded in my original job requirement, for which Thomas was told before he gave me the quote.

In my whatsapp, I have provided another video of jobs done for my other property to Thomas for his great improvement as no one will demand job to be finished within 2 hours only. I was trapped and cheated. Please do not argue with Thomas as I am afraid that he may do something to damage my front gardens where anybody can access.
