I am so upset and in tears and frankly scared that you have NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT ALL !

i immediately called a number I finally found on a google search, because no where does it give any info on how to contact you.

All I was able to get was this email, after a long time... INSANE

Im so upset and confused with your project. I was recovering some of my files, and I had to restart my computer. When I came back and pulled it back up, Nothing was the same. How do i get back to where i was. The folder I was using has is not the same as before.

Also, how do i create an account so I can go in and see what Im signed up for, Frankly, Im scared right now that I will never recover my files and they will continue to charge me

Ho do I get back to the files I need to recover ?
