6 days of calling NAMSHI contact center (polite stuff who always assured me that the “complaint had been raised” to the shipping agent and I would receive my order “today or tomorrow latest”.
As well as writing the complaint through the website around 3-4 times (and receiving the “ticket closed” messages …)
calling the number I’ve received through sms from the shipping company saying that my order is “out for delivery” ..
I’ve got the message from NAMSHI stuff today saying that the shipping company “was unable to communicate” with me .. and now cancelling my order …
Just to mention that the shipping company (noonexpess namely ) was very well able to communicate .. I’ve been receiving text messages from them that their “associate is on the way” mainly in the night time and called many times the numbers they’ve provided by the same sms with no luck whatsoever or the agent answering and saying he wasn’t going to Arabian Ranches where we live )
Please kindly reimburse the amount to my CREDIT CARD As ap and follow up with your stuff on the issue ..
took me 6 days waisted to wait and call and write messages.. to find out it’s cancelled now and the money will go to my NAMSHI account ..
Very disappointing
Desired outcome: Pls fully reimburse the amount to my credit card
