They issue bad diplomas that **no school** accepts then decline to refund money. They are really messed up seek an attorney they will get you a refund. Nation high school is the biggest scam. Nation high school makes their own websites and people to say its not a scam. Nation high school has a f with the better business bureau. Nation high scholl is a perpetual scam that rips people off and suck in un suspecting customers. I cannot believe these people do this for a living. Nation high school uses an american printing company and they are scared of customers with knowledge of the law, get educated and file a small claims law suit against them. Nation high school threaten to find me. Nation high school is a huge scam! Stay away!

I have just received the high school diploma from nation high school and went straight to my local community college to enroll in classes. I have been turned away because their accreditation is not approved by the us board of education. I want my $300 back today!

Students seeking high school diploma online prior to self learning bewear of a school called Nation High School located in Charlotte, NC, U.S.A with a telephone number [protected].They just scamed me with 254 dollars. The diploma they issued to me is not been recognised by the U.S Board of Education. When I went to my Community College to register, I was embarassed to find out that, they are fake. When the college make an attempt contacting them, none of them answer the phone. These guys are freaky bloody liars. Their school isn't under the accrediting agencies called DETC or CHEA. I knew this when it was too late.I blame the U.S government for allowing a business corporation like this operating in the country. It's really a shame too me. We all value America(U.S.A) like paradise on earth and above all, the best country in the world. Why then do they allow people faking schools around the country to dupped or scam people around the world without tracking down this guys. My fear is that if something is not yet been done, these people will scam millions of people around the world especailly strangers like me who just visit U.S.

As I recently went to register for phlebotomy and of course you need your GED or high school diploma and so I went searching first had to remember the email from back then then after hours and hours of frustration getting back into the email to search for the contact I found these had never even seen them before and so they’re also impersonating personnel from the education department and what not unbelievable this is freaking unbelievable

Effort should be done by the U.S government to track down this people before they scam millions of people around the world or people who just visit U.S. This also will help to repair U.S reputation concerning online school and above all, make U.S.A a place to be or visit. They should punish them when they are been caught.

I found out that my daughter in-laws "on-line" diploma was from Nation High Sch0ol While trying to help with her enroll in a university we discovered that ANY high schools diploma status is only as good as the accreditation that backs it. On Nations site they list three accreditation institutes...International Online Education Accrediting Board, Organizations for Online Learning Accreditation and their newest...DEAB-Distance Education Accrediting Body. These are not "fake" institutions, however they are fraud and are not listed by the Department of Education with "Reliable Authority" status. They are not listed on any of the 6 agencies that verify HS accreditation either. See for yourself if Nation HS's diplomas hold any weight with a university, community college or large employer. Here's what to do: Call ANY university enrolment or admission’s department, ask to talk to the Home School specialist. Tell them you have (or are thinking about getting) a HS diploma from Nation High School (not National High School). They will tell you one of two things: 1) We do not accept Nation High School diplomas because their accreditation is not of a "reliable authority" status. or 2) we don't know who Nation High School is. In this case you will then have to call Nation High School (and talk to a CS agent in India) who will assure you that this is no big deal and offer to send the university their accreditation status. This will be done and the university will respond back and say "Nations accreditation are not valid or recognized by the USDE. We can't accept this as a diploma". Or something close to this. You can check the same lists yourself at http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/Search.aspx?6d6f64653d31267264743d312f31312f3230313120343a32343a353120504d Remember that ANYONE can create an accreditation institute, but just like businesses are rated by BBB, accreditation institutions are verified by USDE. For more validity to the fraudulent nature of Nation High School, simply read over their site and notice the grammar, spelling and punctuation errors. Is this an organization you want writing your diploma? You will also notice that there is an entire site dedicated to Nation High School-Not a Scam called www.nationhighschoolscam.com Just read over the site and the testimonials (which seem to be written by the same person). Observe the tone of the site and content. It has the same feel of the writer of Nation's site. "Me thinks thou complainst too much" If you already have a diploma from Nation and try for a refund, you’re not likely to get it without legal action, which will be cost prohibitive...sorry. They will tell you "we have provided 50, 000 diplomas to satisfied customers" Ask them how many of those 50k went on to University, Graduate School, Community College or to work for a career path business like Wal-Mart, Boeing, or the Government (who verify HS diplomas) using a Nation HS diploma! Above all USE YOUR COMMEN SENSE! If something sounds too good to be true, then in probably is! There is NO free lunch. If you want a legitimate HS Diploma, your going to have to work just as hard to get it as if you were still in HS! Yes, Nation HS is fraud in every sense of the word!

I paid the money and took the "test" yesterday and then received a phone call telling me that I passed and that my "diploma" was on its way. Then this morning I get another phone call from an affiliate asking me for my billing info after the payment was debited from my account. i told the guy that I wasnt giving him any info because my card was already charged and he said "oh, well thats fine. Bye!" then hung up. The whole thing was to sketchy for me so I called them back and asked for my money back, it then took me 3 more calls to get the number to the "front office", then 3 more calls and 15 minutes of holding to finally get some one. He gave me a whole run around about having to report it first, then he said for me to get a refund I would have to be denied of something I didnt really understand his BS but it was easily recognizable as a lie. He kept it up for about 5 minutes until I reminded him that I am a 27 year old man not teenager, have been a paralegal for 5 years, and whos parents are attorneys. I told him that if I had to call back it would be with my attorney on the line, in which time he promptly cut me off and said that it was done, and the money was to be refunded and hung up. I have a GED and have had some college, and the only reason I am trying to get my high school diploma is so that I can join the military, it is sad that there are companies like this out there that put forth such an effort to deceive others who are trying to better themselves. I recommend doing alot of research before investing your money, and time in web based programs that you are not sure about. I recorded all of the calls about the refund so if you would like to know what you might have to deal with I would be more then happy to forward the recordings to you. Email me at stewart_57@hotmail.com and I will get them out to you at my earliest convenience. Good Luck!

I also got a Diploma from Nation Nigh School Online and I checked into two different colleges and found that they DID NOT accept a diploma from them...so I was furious as all of you but my only difference is I called the two colleges within a 5-10 min time frame of Nation High School saying I passed and like I said the two DID NOT accept anything from them so after hearing that from them two colleges I then called the 1-800 number provided on the Nation High School website and after a few run arounds I DID NOT GIVE UP and I kept calling back after them transferring me to someone else and getting a voicemail [censored] I didnt want to leave a voicemail for someone to supposedly call me back so I just kept on and on and on until finally I spoke with someone and they said ok we will fully refund your money and you are no longer a graduate from Nation High School and they said when you receive your diploma in the mail please just throw it in the trash I said FINE BY ME NO PROBLEM and within 4 days I DID receive my money back on my credit card and later on like 2 weeks or so I receieved my diploma and I threw it away as they said and I got my money back on my credit card so I was happy with it (i got my money back) and as far as them as individuals I kind of had a feeling it was a scam after talking to them on the phone but IM JUST GLAD I GOT MY MONEY BACK and as of now Im attending G.E.D classes! GOOD LUCK to EVERYONE! Something should and needs to be done about this.

Hi, Upon conducting a review Nation High School on behalf of A-DOE... Nation High School is a scam! Ahsan - Department of Education may provide assistance to Nation High School graduates. This decision for the scam alert is only based on level of of Evaluation Bureau of Investigation. We are still in the process of evaluating their courses to make a decision weather or not A-DOE can provide graduates of Nation High School assistant with college admissions or to allow them to transfer their earned credits to AHSAN AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL.

AHSAN AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL is established by A-DOE to assist students graduate with dignity. Accreditation by non-profit agencies is really bogus. They get funded by investors to write their paychecks and just for paperwork perform 1 site visit in 4 years. That is why A-DOE is different. A-DOE monitors accredited institutions students daily progress to ensure their performance. We are trying to influence colleges throughout the world use A-DOE transcript for evaluating students admission. Currently there are many under graduates in 4 year program who feels they are not capable of the work so they go back to 2 year college. Such a waste of time, and money.

sorry, I forgot to mention the links!

For A-DOE (AHSAN DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION)
www.ahsan.us

For AHSAN American High School (AAHS)
americanhighschool.ahsan.us
the website is currently under construction and we are trying to work in 2 projects. We have to move the A-DOE and establish AAHS on this new server .us domain. So sorry for the trouble. But you may still e-mail our staff at

doe@ahsan.us to see what they can assist you with your complaints with National High School.

Have a nice day! Please ask DOE before you guys enroll in any online/distance education program on the internet. Best way to make sure the site legitimacy is via the look of the website. If the website is awesome, and really shiny then it is 20% scam. Real and legit schools websites are decent and don't try to make their presence as shiny as scam programs.

My cousin was interested in that school and so I did a little research. I actually took the test they give and input answers the i KNOW was incorrect and it said i pass! It happened that my cousin went through with it and got a diploma from then with a fake transcript which states that he took calculus 2. Seriously I don't see how this sham of a school can ever be accepted anywhere.

haha that is why look for an accredited school. I am sorry, it is accredited.
Look for an accredited school that holds value, and is accredited by an accrediting agency that holds value and professionalism. You wasted your time if you did your research after reading my above posts.

The same exact thing happened to me too in november of 2009, i was on google trying to find ged testing centers and then this link shows up on the page that says... Why settle for a ged when you can get a high school diploma?.. Of course this caught my eye so i went to the website. I filled in my information and a man called me, he walked me through step by step how to make a user name, take the test and my money. I took this "test" and passed with flying colors. Shocked.. My mother and i were still so thrilled and excited. I however did no research on them at the time, i knew in my gut that it was too good to be true but i didn't want to believe it. The guy gave me his name, number, sent me emails, and said if any schools have any questions to call him, so i proceeded with paying. I got my diploma in the mail and it just looked weird... Apparently from my "test results" i "graduated" with a 3.5 ?!? And apparently i knew calculus!? It was a long time i had that diploma and didn't use it until 8 months ago for ucmt. They ran my diploma through and responded by telling me that it was not certified. I called the nation high school toll free 800 number, after being hung up on the first time, and put on hold the second time, the third person answered and told me that there was absolutly no way to get a refund and it can only be refunded within 30 days of buying it. It took about 3 weeks for it to get to my house to begin with! That refund is going to pay for my brother and i to get our ged the right way. I want to hit these people where it hurts, this is embarrassing and wrong. I wasn't trying to cheat my way out of anything but if someone offers you an easy altrenative and your young, niave, and lost trying to better yourself in life to go to college.. Even you can say theres not many people that would turn it down completely and at least look into it. I've learned my lesson the hard way and will not let it happen again. Absolutly do not... Do not! Even consider pursuing anything with this "high school"! If anyone has any information to help with or a lawyer that would help please let me know. My email address is justcause347@yahoo.com.

My mother had just bought me my first course from this school and i had already noticed that they had multiple grammer errors and misspelled words. I was already skeptical when they told my mom that she would have to pay $600 even though it was only $45 a month. This is a F-A-K-E.

I agree this school is the biggest scam, their diploma is not only not accepted by the various schools previous posters have mentioned, it is not valid for the military either. They are a waste of time and money. They are very good at lying and terrible at communicating anything about their truth worth which is the same as a GED. You will need 15 college units in addition to have their diploma to have the equivalent of a a high school diploma do not do business with them.

Check out this Site for Help finding Attorneys http://www.probono.net/
I Will be putting together a Contact List of peoples emails and names they registered with " National High School" and received a High School Diploma that is not Recognized by any state or university. Most of us Paid over $250 and now they want another $29.99 to make your Diploma legal and recognized in the US, since the Government busted them, this isn't Execrable for we already paid for our schooling.
Their was no fine print saying in 4 years or in the near future you will have to pay again because our diplomas will not be recognized in the US and we didn't agree nor sign with a digital signature to that term or condition.

You can email me at Profilex511@gmail.com with your name and contact info. I don't need personal info only your name and email and I will pass it to my attorney. Hopefully we can be reimbursed for are suffering their scam has caused.

Thanks and good luck

I feel for this back in 2011 and have had my doubts. Everytime you need transcripts or anything they want money. I have gotten into numerous arguements with reps because they barely speak english and then they want your payment info. I am so pissed this isn't legit. I am seeking an attoney for sure now that I know its a scam. I feel like a fool for trusting this BS school. I hope the rest of you get a refund or seek legal action so we can get this "school" shut down!

Simon Archer:
Hi! This is Simon Archer, Student Advisor with the school, kindly provide me your email so that I can validate your application.
Simon Archer:
hi
you: airforcewifehastings@yahoo.com
you: my name is danielle
Simon Archer:
Hello
Simon Archer:
how may i help you?
Simon Archer:
Danielle Nikka Hastings
you: I'm having EXTREME difficulty getting education verification. I have been trying for over a week and so has my new employer.
Simon Archer:
When were you graduated?
you: 2011
you: he was told that an email would be sent to him with the required information but that was more than 24 hours ago and I'm scheduled to start work very soon. I can't start without it
Simon Archer:
Did you get your documents legalized?
you: I'm sorry? I don't understand your question? I was sent a copy of my diploma and was told that I had lifetime verification
Simon Archer:
Your documents are accredited but my question to you is did you get your documents legalized?
Simon Archer:
Government has made a Policy that all the online High school graduates
Simon Archer:
who actually graduated from the accredited online high school needs to
Simon Archer:
get their documents attested by the State Department, Notarized by
Simon Archer:
the Notary Public and legalized by the state Board
you: again, I don't know what you are talking about. I was never told about this and I have spent the last 2 years in Germany
Simon Archer:
This policy has been implemented since Jan, 2014
Simon Archer:
Its not just for you its for all the graduates
you: I was in Germany at that time and I have never had an issue before with this
Simon Archer:
The Board Office has issued a letter and according to the records your High School Diploma must be legalized in order for you to be a part of the Government's approved list.
Simon Archer:
You are one of our top performing graduates hence we are assisting you throughout the legalization process.
you: All I need is for someone to email him back letting him know that I have a diploma. How much does this "legalization process" cost?
you: I don't need copies or anything. I just need him to be able to verify that I obtained it in the first place
Simon Archer:
Once updated, your hard earned diploma shall be recognized and accepted nationwide!
Simon Archer:
Plus, Reason for Legalization Policy:
Simon Archer:
The reason why this policy has been implemented since you know so much is going online these days so to differentiate between accredited and non-accredited institutes the government made this policy since only an accredited institute can get your documents attested and legalized by the state and on top of that the school is also paying $350 of the fee for each graduate as the total fee is $600 and all you need is pay is $250,
Simon Archer:
We understand that it is not your fault but it is not even the school's fault as well, this policy has been implemented by the government not us.
Simon Archer:
And even the High School equivalency council is working for the same reason for all the fresh Online High School graduates.
Simon Archer:
Your diploma will be attested/ legalized in Washington D.C at the U.S department of state which has the three following steps to it:
Simon Archer:
First, it will be notarized (Notary Public) by the local state.
Simon Archer:
Second it has to be certified and signed by the Secretary of the State
Simon Archer:
Third, it would be registered and authenticated by the U.S. department of state.
you: Well unfortunately I don't have $250 so that is just going to have to wait. All I need is for someone to email my employer back. They just need to know that I got it in 2011. Nothing else
Simon Archer:
Your graduation has been cancelled & no one can verify your graduation
you: its been CANCELLED? SO what happens to the $289 I paid when I "graduated"?
Simon Archer:
I can send the cancellation letter to your employers
Simon Archer:
may i have the email address please?
you: why wasn't I notified about the cancellation?
Simon Archer:
We tried to reach you & we sent you many emails as well
you: I was overseas on military orders. So again, the $289 I paid in the beginning is just gone and was for nothing
Simon Archer:
We understand that it is not your fault but it is not even the school's fault as well, this policy has been implemented by the government not us.
Simon Archer:
And even the High School equivalency council is working for the same reason for all the fresh Online High School graduates.
you: I just searched and the last email notification I received from Nation was in November 2013 and it was for a Thanksgiving special on discounted tuition
you: So I'm out almost 300 dollars
you: and it will cost another 250 to "legalize" my diploma AFTER my "graduation" has been CANCELLED
you: all the "fresh online high school graduates"? So the ones that trusted Nation High School are out of luck?
Simon Archer:
I can still forward a request to notarization dept to get your documents legalized & you will be able to use your HS diploma again & The attested documents would have a registration number
Simon Archer:
and a bar code which could be verified at the Dept of state office.
Simon Archer:
No they are not
you: So I'll be able to use it but only after I pay your office an additional $250
Simon Archer:
More than 98% students have got their legalized documents already
Simon Archer:
i have another option for you as well
Simon Archer:
if you don't want to pay the school don't pay
Simon Archer:
the second & the last option you have is to get an attorney & he can get your documents attested
you: But I would need to pay $100 for copies of those documents in the fi4rst place correct?
Simon Archer:
yes
you: I will be contacting an attorney.
Simon Archer:
Sure
Simon Archer:
Kindly give me the email so i can forward you he cancellation letter?
you: dnbhastings@gmail.com
Simon Archer:
Is that your employers email?
you: no that is mine. I will disperse the letter to the various people that need it
Simon Archer:
We will do that for you kindly type the email address in order with the name
you: I would prefer to take cqare of it myself
you: care*
Simon Archer:
Sure best of luck with that

I have an attorney on retainer and they refused my refund after they told me that my "{graduation" had been cancelled due to the fact that I had no "legalized" my diploma. I told them that I was never notified of this legalization process and I was told that 98% graduates have paid this $250 dollar fee. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Has anyone, successfully gotten a refund, from these scamming bigots? I enrolled in school, was already doing my first assignment when my advisor contacted me with the bad news. I can’t do anything now, can’t further my education, can’t even continue with school now due to this BS! It’s pathetic and unfair for those, like me, who took this seriously and thought it would have been enough. Guess not and I’m really upset about it!

It is it’s very unfortunate. It’s sad it’s disgusting. It’s bullying at its finest how they’re even still able to do this all these years later I never even knew about all these complaints or anything until I myself recently went to go pursue my career choice of being a phlebotomist and of course you need a GED or high school diploma And lo and behold. This is everything that’s coming up and now what is found to be just disgusting. What a scam you know taking hundreds of dollars from people for no real diploma and there’s nobody to reach everything’s a dead end. I’m going to get a lawyer I surely hope you and I both along with everyone else gets a resolution that satisfactory although I don’t know you know , what could really suffice I mean all this time you know now I have to go in like you take a GED course or you know this is crazy on freaking believable. I hope they find the people that organized this and lock them up or better yet like put them in the middle of the street and let the people stone them like they did back in the day. This is freaking horrible.
