My 82 yr old mother set up Nationwide to move her stuff from Texas to Lousiana. Day before pick up Nationwide called her with amount to get cashiers check to Nationwide. She did. Another company showed up and would not accept the check. And the amount they charged was $ 3,000 more than the bid from Nationwide. Basically Nationwide made $3700 and called another company to do the job and did nothing themselves. One week later, we are still waiting for her stuff to arrive including all my father's handicap equipment which Nationwide said they would have in LA very quickly for my father. I have emailed and called and no one will respond to my inquiries or answer for their behaviour and lack of customer service. We of course will never use them again and advise anyone we know who is moving to not use Nationwide.
Desired outcome: Still waiting after a week for our delivery. No response from Nationwide.
