Nationwide Moving Services review: My move across the country

Hi... this was my first big move from Tennessee to Colorado and I booked with this company in hope of it taking some of the stress of a move off my shoulders when instead it only added more. There was very poor communication involved throughout this process and lack of consistency. I set the date to have my items picked up the 22nd, then the day of the 21st I get told the movers will be there the 23rd... then the morning of the 22nd I received a call from the movers that they will be by in 30 minutes to get my things. Once everything was loaded into the truck the movers Cobra Van Lines confirmed with my that my drop off date was the 7/1. As I confirmed with my Agent Leo from nationwide as well. Only to find out on 7/2 that the EARLIEST i'd receive my items was between 7/1-8/15... No one had mentioned this date range to me once. So I was stuck waiting almost two weeks without my items and again with no notice received a call from the movers day of delivery saying they would be there shortly. Then when my items were delivered I had many glasses broken, all my boxes were dented. You could tell that my things were not handled with care and tosses around. The inconsistency and lack of communication added immense stress to my move on top of the damage to my items... I would not recommend this company.
