In May of last year, I had full coverage insurance through nationwide on two vehicles. I was involved in a car wreck where another vehicle T-boned me on the passenger side of my car while I was in the turning lane at a red light, totaling my vehicle. The individual whom hit me had root insurance so instead of contacting an attorney I went straight through my insurance company, Nationwide. My nationwide insurance adjuster Jared after going through my case, and paying out my vehicle, paying out my PIP and trying to see about me receiving medical assistance for the pain and suffering that I am still experiencing, listed me at fault for my car accident. I recently contacted nationwide to find out why it shows I was at fault for a car wreck. The nationwide agent on the phone assured me that the insurance adjuster Jared did in fact list me at fault for the wreck; so I requested information be sent to my email and I have never received anything. Now I’m needing to file a complaint against nationwide insurance company and I need to get my insurance records from their company as well but can’t receive any assistance. I have my police reports from the accident as well as all documentation that was emailed and sent to me from nationwide company during the time of the investigation. I would like for the company to please send me my records showing where Jared listed me at fault. I am trying to avoid going through legal consultation but they are not on my side.
Desired outcome: Correct information documented on my file
