1st call they claimed to be "Gloria Aguilar" (cosmetic company, I've previously used), they said I was one out of ten who had won a 1, 000 gift card to use anywhere + some coupons for future orders. I agreed because I had previous bought from Gloria Aguilar. The 2nd call they said they were also sending products worth $500.00, but i had to pay $150.00 in cash or money order, this is were i got suspicious and called Gloria Aguilar they told me they were NOT giving such a price. 3rd call they were upset cause I had not picked up the package, I told them I had verified some information and they were not whom they claimed. Then they said the companies name was "Natural Life" and that I was in a verbal agreement to pay them. They have been harassing me for the past 2-3 weeks. Now they are telling me I will be sued for not picking up the package.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
so what happen do they sent you to court? the same thing is happening to my husband right now what we should do?
These people tried to do the same thing to my 70 year old mom. They somehow got a hold of her
phone number. They started calling her and explaining that she was the winner of a raffle. Told her that she won a $1000 voucher good towards their herbal supplements and products. They then explained to her that she was eligible for two samples of their products for free. So after my mom told them which samples she was interested in, they then told her was responsible for the delivery fee. Except this wasn't your average delivery fee. This was an astronomical $147 for a package that was a little bigger than her hand! It was a manila envelope with the bubble stuffing in it. When my mother saw it and the mailman asked her for the money my mother refused to sign for it and sent it back. The lady who went by the name of "Leydi Lopez" called my mom and was furious that my mother had not paid for the package. They kept calling and harassing my mother. I love putting bullies in their place. My mom was afraid to confront the lady so I answered the phone. She told me her name and said she was calling from Herbal Life and demanded to speak with my mom. I told her absolutely not. I told her I was speaking for my mom and that my mother was not interested in doing business with them, did not want any of their products and was not going to pay for any "raffle winnings". The lady then went on to tell me that since my mom had verbally agreed to be in business with them, that she was not only responsible for the delivery fee, but that they were gonna refer her to their collections and legal departments. One for failing to maintain her verbal agreement and two for not paying like she said she would. She also informed me that there was now an $850 fee for not keeping her word basically and that her company lawyers would be taking her to court and filing a lawsuit against her for not maintaining her end of the deal. I told this lady that I didn't know who the f*#& she thought she was fooling or what 3rd world country education she must've assumed we had but any one with half a brain in the United States would know better than to fall for this scam. I laughed at her and I strongly encouraged her to take my mom to court if she so desired. In fact I dared her. I asked her for her real name and she started to stutter. I asked her what state she was calling me from and she refused to tell me. I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor. I asked for the owner and she said he was on vacation. She didn't have an honest answer for anything. She then insulted me and called me stuck up. That's when I told her she ought to be ashamed of the lowlife she had become. And how dare she come to this country to scam older people out of their little bit of money. I told her if she dared call my mom again I would contact my friends that work for a certain federal agency and have her deported back to Colombia. Never heard from her again. Still waiting for the court date in the mail. FOH...I wish she would! These people are nothing but cowards that target weaker individuals. Nothing but Bullies. Don't be afraid of them. If the really knew anything about business law, they would know to have contracts in writing. They don't know what they're talking about. They're nothing more than thieves! Don't let them bully you or take your money!
They've been calling me over and over again! Saying that I won... (Yeah right). I get two calls every week now from a Spanish speaking woman. Even if I hang up on them they still call me three days later. I can't get rid of them!
Their phone numbers come from Florida, they are:

On June 26, 2015@8:19am, 1st call they claimed to be "Tania Cruz" medical doctor, she said I was one out of ten who had won a $1, 000 voucher to use at many places including Wal-Mart, also some coupons for future orders. I never agree, but I kind of heard the whole deal; then, they explained to me that I was eligible for two samples of their products for free. So after I told them which samples I was interested in, they then told me I was responsible for the delivery fee plus insurance. The 2nd call @8:39 am, they said the insurance plus S&H was $139.00 in cash or money order. Here is where I got suspicious and called back “Tania Cruz” with no answer and the voice message always was full and automatically hung up, I tried the 2nd caller and the same thing happened. I did a Google search for the “Laboratory Natural Life from Florida” and sent them a message to which they replied that they were not related to those phone calls and it was all a scam. See below the message from Natural life:
“Hi Fernando,
Thank you for contacting Natural Life! We are so sorry to hear about this! It is actually a scam and was not one of our Natural Life employees that called you. We are happy to hear you declined the offer! Thanks for letting us know!

I called “Tania Cruz” telling her that I was not receiving the package because I had verified some information and they were not whom they claimed and I did not want to hear from them again. Almost immediately somebody called me, I did not answer because I was in a business meeting, they called me 20 times; finally I answered the phone and a guy claiming that he was a lawyer started talking and I hung up on him.
Since then, they started calling and sounded upset because I had not picked up the package. Then they said the companies name was "Natural Life" and that I was in a verbal agreement to pay them. They have been harassing me for the past 2-3 weeks. Now they are telling me I will be sued for not picking up the package.
Fernando, the same story happened to me, they called me a million times, saying they will sue me and saying that they will schedule a court date for me in florida. This never happened, they got tired of calling, and till this date, i have not received a court date or a bill on the mail from them. This all was a scam.
