NCC Inc review: Scam, dishonest company 1

I started to receive phone calls from NCC Inc. the agent represented the company Toronto Star and they offered different subscriptions for newspapers. I finally agreed to subscribe and provided the necessary information, but these scammers charged my account and vanished somewhere. I haven’t received the newspapers and also no one replied to my emails and phone calls. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing.
