NCE Insurance review: Health insurance

I called about getting insurance for my boyfriend. He needed vision and dental. Also he got the medical already that but the guy at that time did not have where he could include dental and vision. The rep that I spoke to signed my boyfriend up for dental vision and medical but then now said it was gonna be 400 and something dollars that is gonna come out for the first Payment and that the plan be effective January 1, but it would only be $325 and some change after that well since then I’ve been trying to get a hold of the rep to cancel the policy before the funds come out or it even becomes effective because there’s no way I could afford that $424 and some change for the first payment at this point after reviewing my finances and I cannot get the rep. I cannot get the company I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back help please
