I received a collections bill from a workers comp claim from 4 years ago. It even states on their paperwork that it is workers comp.

56 years old, never a late charge, I am protected by Chaseid, received notice of charge off 99 ncofin/99 for 396 dollars. In my business I receive bad checks, unpaid receivables, unpaid notes etc. I have to abide by rules, to verify collection proceedures! Consumers definentley knows balance owed and why! Last resort, go legal collections, through collection attorney, without going legal. Even then, not entered in persons credit file. I am going for gusto with this NCO, 56 years to build my impeckable credit, then surprise, this from 1999, no explanation. Do not have the time for these ludicrous acts, but by reading complaints, this will assist alot of abused people. CLASS ACTION PLEASE EMAIL
