Neighborhoodhacker.com review: Total rip off and bad services

I twice was ripped by the companies Hacker for Hire and the website www.neighborhoodhacker.com. I searched for the hacker services, but these ### told me to fill the form and provide personal info, but after that they only took money from me. Of course, they didn’t communicate and no idea how to reach them in other way. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
