I ordered a bourbon which came quickly. I picked it up at the UPS and was excited to look at it so I unpacked it in my car. I immediately smelled alcohol. Not good. After unwrapping it from its bubble wrap I noticed what looked like plumbers tape wrapped around the seal and stopper. Again, not good. I regret not taking g pictures at this point but I'll include what pictures I have. I unwound the tape and the seal fell off immediately. The stopper wasn't very tight and looked old. The label around the knock was wet and coming off and the label below that around the bottle was stained. At this point I'm not sure I actually paid for a bottle of Blanton's Single Barrel. I feel like it was filled with something else and it's not even regular Blanton's.
Recommendation: Shop elsewhere

Nestor Liquor is a terrible place to deal with. They seem to be a one-man show (ugh). They never call back or reply to emails, so you have to keep calling and calling until they finally pick up, which hardly ever happens. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

The next day, the shipping label was printed and Fedex picked it up. I got text messages as the package made its way across the country. Signature was required and the package wasn't just thrown on my front porch. The bottles were in perfect condition too! So grateful I went with Nestor Liquor!

I'm giving Nestor Liquor one star because I can't give zero stars. They don't communicate after you order. We tried to cancel and sent many emails, but no response. The package came, and we wanted to send it back, but still no communication. I called and sent messages, but no answer. Thankfully, my credit card company refunded us, but it's weird to keep something we got refunded for.

I bought 2 bottles of liquor and picked the cheapest shipping. The delivery company was *** and they delivered it on a Friday around 3. I wasn't able to sign for it because I was at work. They left a sticker with no instructions. I called the *** company for future delivery instructions and held for 45 minutes. They said they only deliver in ***/ My area from 1-4pm and don't deliver on weekends. I can't take off work for 4 hours to sign for alcohol. They said I can pick it up at their warehouse in Phoenix, which is 2 hours away from ***. I asked for a Supervisor and they said they will hopefully deliver it to my work today 01/31/22. When I called Nestor's Liquor, they weren't any help. They said I chose the delivery company, but I wasn't informed that they are based out of Phoenix and only deliver at certain times. I paid *** or so for delivery that doesn't deliver properly to its customers. Nestor's Liquor said it's not their fault and won't give a refund even if the delivery never made it to me. So I will be out *** because their shipping company can't do its job.

I paid extra for insurance in case the bottles got damaged during shipping. I paid $154 in total. When I got the autographed bottle, the autograph was half rubbed off because of the packaging. I tried calling them many times and sent them lots of emails and messages on social media. They never answered me and even blocked me on social media.

My order number was confidential. On December 2nd, the courier service delivered my order with a tracking number. However, when I got home, I found that the box was wet and damaged, and the liquor bottle was shattered. Even the decorative horse statue on top was broken, so it seemed like the box had been dropped before. There was no labeling on the box to indicate that it was fragile. I have video footage from my ring camera showing the driver tossing the package and it bouncing off my brick exterior onto my cement front porch. I immediately emailed the liquor store as instructed on their website to request a replacement. I also tried calling their business number found online, but no one answered. I have sent three emails and tried their online chat, which asked for my email and said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. However, I still haven't heard anything and can't reach anyone.
