Netspend/Deepbluedebit.com review: Prepaid deepblue account

In February 2023, after filing our income taxes with Liberty Tax, our refund was deposited into a Deepblue account offered by Republic Bank and serviced by Netspend. On March 6, 2023; my Deepblue account was closed by Netspend due to alleged fraudulent activity on another Netspend account that I never authorized or opened. A refund of $1050.47 was supposed to have been sent to me by March 24, 2023. Apparently it was never mailed out. I called on April 4, 2023 and verified my address and information and was told I should receive it by April 18. As of April 21, 2023; I have not received my money or an explanation for the reason why my account was closed.
