Me & my friends took a trip to Atl City back in June. We used my friends ez pass through the whole trip. a few weeks later I receive 7-9 tickets that were supposed to be $3 and under with a surcharge of $50 on each costing me close to $400. I appealed the ticket and they rejected 4 of them.My friend even added my name on her act. I never received any more info in the mail about the other 3 and just found out they sent me to collections. This is horrible customer service. I didn’t get any tickets from any other state but NJ and how can you change $50 a ticket for a fee?
Desired outcome: Look into this and refund me my money.
