I bought a 5 month old puppy from Lisa Barber. He was shipped to me and when he arrived, he was ETREMELY fearful of people. He obviously was never socialized. He has been with us for two months now and is still terrified of everyone in our family. I never received the puppy's registration papers either... I was told I would received them by mail within a month. I have made multiple attempts to contact this breeder by phone and by email and have never received a response.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We never even received a puppy from her despite putting a deposit down. We had a previous Shiloh from New Zion when her Mom was still alive. I got in touch with Lisa Barber, the daughter of Tina, after our Shiloh passed away. I sent my $400 deposit for a puppy along with my application. Phone rings endlessly. She does not respond to e-mails nor certified mail. I urge others to stay away. I have been putting complaints anywhere and everywhere to urge people to stay clear of Lisa Barber and New Zion Shilohs. However, I see people have done what I did and that is not do an internet search. The NY Attorney General has a case against her at this point.
