No, ms kwan. this order was not delivered to me and it is not in my possession.
Maybe it's the way things are shipped coming to america from your country. I am disgusted the way all this is handled. I placed my orders nearly 2 months ago … waiting... because of international laws and you expect me to lose out on merchandise and money over this and how shippers work? show me what proof the shippers gave you that my order was delivered!. it was only by chance that I did receive my two other orders and this was only luck! it was luck! do you really believe that this was by some wonderful business acumen coming from your company. you aren't thinking about how to get the proof you need from customers. the shippers are a bunch of addlebrained individuals and don't think. you should have them ask for a signature by customer that the merchandise has been delivered personally to the customer, especially since we are not on the same page, I am in america and you are not!. it's up to you to find out where my merchandise is. I do not have it. find out who delivered it, where it was delivered and by whom. it's not my job!
