I had some negative experiences here during [protected] including toxic mold, water damage. The units look good on the outside, but under the surface they are faulty and dangerous (plumbing, AC, wall damage, etc. L. was also responsible for unethical and unfair business practices, i.e. not following through with what he agreed to do and adding invalid charges to my account. He is very dishonest and tarnishes the reputation of the Irvine Company.

I agree with this reviewer I had a bad experience here as well. I’m a former tenent and I was accidentally locked out of my apartment for several days by Newport Bluffs when my key fob was deactivated by mistake. L. was my contact person too and was unresponsive and unhelpful.
