NFL Plus review: NFL+ premium account

On 7/9/23 I renewed my NFL+ subscription. The NFL charged me again on 9/11/23. They refunded one of the charges. However, now I cannot use the account. You cannot talk to them by phone or e-mail only their customer service bot which is very difficult to deal with. Also it difficult to download appropriate information. I would just like to be able to use the account I paid. I am a big NFL fan and want to learn more about the game. I don't want to create any disputes. Just want what I paid for.
