On May 25 we paid Niangua River Oasis $103.50 to transport our personal raft from the campsite to the river two days in a row. They brought a raft hauler picked it up the first day and got it to the water fine. We went on a short float trip the first day instead of the longer one we wanted because the bus driver was there waiting at for us at the first stop so we got out of the water and the bus driver shoved our raft in the back door of a short bus and sliced it in several places instead of having the raft hauler come pick it up when tho we paid them to. The drivwe admitted he ruined rhe raft. However they have made me jump thru hoops to get the $212 raft replaced. And as of today they have only sent a partial check of $140 and haven't refunded any of the $103.50 we paid for them to transport the raft. She wanted pictures of the raft which we sent then pictures of the entire raft as a whole she said then the receipt where I purchased the raft which I provided. Then would not even loan us a raft for our second days float trip. If we wanted to use one of theirs for the day we needed to pay $180 rental fee in which she said she would subtract the 2nd day float refund money from that amount. Or she could put the refund towards our next float trip as long as it was within a year. It took weeks but I finally got a check sent to another camper friends home not mine for part of the amount of the raft which I find unexceptable. If I had damaged their raft I would have had to pay in full before my camping trip was over. That is their policy. I am owed the remainder of the money to replace the raft $72 and the refund for transporting the raft $103.50 but they ignore all my emails and won't return calls. Suing in small claims court requires me to travel back to that county multiple times which can get expencive and for me to take time off work to get this done. I have screenshots of all the emails between us and pictures of the raft they damaged and the Partial check she sent

Desired outcome: $103.50 refund for two days transport of raft $72 she shorted me to replace the raft
