Nine West Calandra Mini Cross Over review: The strap was put on wrong and I cannot take it off to reverse it

I love the bag and I want to keep it, I returned it to boscovs in hazleton pa and wanted to replace it with the same bag, they did not have the same one in store.

I would appreciate if you could just send me a cream color strap that can be hooked on to each end or replace this item with a new one, I would then gladly return this item for your inspection.
