I had a flight booked from Chiang Mai to Mae Hon Song departing February 18th returning February 23rd 2023. This flight was cancelled by NOK AIR refund process was started December 6th 2022, I was informed that my refund would be in 45 days from December 6th 2022. As I write I have not received my refund which I have repeatedly asked for over the past 2 weeks. Sum involved is 7,271.60. Statement attached.

Desired outcome: FULL REFUND OF 7,271.60 Thai Baht ASAP

Have the same experience now, i don't think they will ever refund us. It's a scam airline.

If you are lucky all is fine but if they cancel your flight for their own reasons which happens frequently, you just lose your money.

Pathetic,never again Nok Air

You quite well could be correct about getting your money back. I have chased them through my Thai Bank on the last count a month ago Nok Air said that they refunded on January 19th but it will take a further 60 days to show in my account.Today I have emailed SCB my Thai bank to try chasing this again.
