Purcahsed a vehicle from Lenny Belot, d/b/a North Jersey Auto Mall d/b/a Lencore Leasing Group, d/b/a DCH Motors...likely all of the name changes to dodge negative posts. The car was described as "near flawless interior" and "barely broke in". WHen I picked up the car no one was around to answer any questions...when I brought up concerns to somone once I found someone they said I had to speak with Lenny...who was gone. I had flown in to pick up the car and literally had no way home but to take the car. The interior was disgustingly dirty, options (advertised in writing) were missing or broken along with a long list of other missing and broken items including a cracked windsheild, bad headlight and missing cd player. I sent Lenny an email in which he promised (again in writing) to deliver everything...he never did. Worse the car started showing signs of serious mechanical issues immediately. Oil and power steering fluid was bleeding from the car. The engine light also quickly turned on. In all 2k worth of missing or broken parts and options and 3k worth of service bills to fix NON-DISCLOSED Engine issues. Call the NJ Attorney General offfice, division of consumer affairs and hear about Lennys full history. They have an "F" from the Better Business Bureau...enough said!
After many months I am happy to report that Lenny has come through and and we succesfully concluded our business together. Thanks to Lenny my expirence ended on a very positive note...he stuck by his word!
