I ordered from Lowes an outdoor kitchen cabinet set on 22 May, shipped NDS on 26 May, NDS lost part of the order on 27 May. The order has been sitting in the LAST step terminal since 27 May, and today , 13 June, that makes 18 days of no movement or attempt to deliver just 25 miles away. NO response in calling, texting or email. They have no interest in delivery. I have called Lowes Customer and New Age Products customer service on the 3rd,4th,7th,10th, and 13th of June... with no change in any delivery status.
I hope to never ship with this company NSD ever again.
Desired outcome: Deliver my shipment
