NSFAS review: Inability or unwillingness to respond to any communication

I am a returning student for my BED degree. I have been funded by NSFAS during 2022 and at the beginning of the year while re-registering I found that I have been removed form the system. This was reported with no reply. I found a way around this, or so I thought. In the beginning of March I received a message on myNSFAS platform that I have been provisionally funded, just to log in today and see that I now have once again no status.
