NV Homes North VA review: Poor quality of new build material choices

We were excited have NV Homes build our new townhouse in The Towns at Boulevard VI in Fairfax Va with a completion date around Nov 1st 2023 until we did our due diligence and discovered the low quality of products they use. Goodman AC units, MSI countertops (made in China with 1/4 the protective resin of what others use), 24"on center vs 16" on center framing and GE appliances on a $1,000,000 home! FYI, they have not returned our $50,000.00 deposit even though they never provided us with a signed contract from them. House was not even to begin construction until June 2023.
